Having jackpots start at $25,000,000. Having the odds at no more then 100,000,000 to 1. One roll over would add another $25,000,000. Ahhh....and you don't have to pay federal or state taxes. Opps. That part will never happen. All 50 states joining a single lottery? Nope. I don't see it happening for years. But I do see the possibility of an actual legal multi-nation lottery being set up for such causes as AIDS, breast cancer, or feeding a starving nation who's dictator keeps steal every dime of international aid (including lottery charity money if they ever go that route to raise money for special causes). I really can see a truely INTERNET base multi-country lottery being set up to raise money for the 'needy' and 'helpless'. Well, that will be the excuse to set one up. And would more then 5% of actual revenue (after jackpots paid) go to the needy? Hahahahahahahaha.....depending on who is doing the accounting. The key words are INTERNET BASE LOTTERIES. Federal countries'laws decide, not the local states/districts/provences if a person anywhere in the world can play. Well....I don't think it's to far fetched.
