"Hot Lotto" began in April 2002. Played the same as Powerball, but with fewer numbers.

Available in Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, South Dakota, and West Virginia. The DC Lottery is expected to join "Hot Lotto" this summer.

Sorry if I didn't clarify the question; I meant, what will be the most MUSL members _simultaneously_ selling tickets for Hot Lotto. (There have always been six.)

OK, I say 10, but I hope it's much more.

Todd: Then you should be pushing Pennsylvania, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and the other MUSL members to try it (Kentucky might not want to leave "Lotto South"; California, yes, CA, is a MUSL member but I won't go into why; CA won't give up SuperLotto Plus). Remember that North Dakota is a shoo-in to join MUSL in the near future.

Ok, then, why is California a MUSL member?

CA wants to be part of an "international" lottery game, the details of which I know virtually nothing about. This game apparently would NOT be Powerball, even if Mexico joins MUSL.

If Ohio replaces its Lotto game, it will put more pressure for PA to dump Super-6.

North Dakota has been approved as a MUSL member, although Powerball probably is months away from being sold in ND.

Hope "Hot Lotto" quickly follows PB in the "Peace Garden" state.

Who really cares about Hot Lotto?

Cash, you can't even play it in the GREATEST lottery state you currently live in.
