PA Super-6...arguably the most controversial US lottery jackpot game. Still going even with PA joining Powerball almost a year ago.

The PA Lottery is the only one in the US that made use of pick-7 jackpot games for so long (Super-7: 7/11/80, later 7/10/74; then Keystone Jackpot, 6/33 + 1/33.) Both S-7 and KJ were always annuity-only.

Ohio expects to change/replace its Lotto by early 2004. Lets hope Super-6 will be GONE before then.

Super-6 doesn't need a "PowerPlay" option; it needs to be 86'd.

If Super 6 only gave annuity options and stuck to it, the rollovers would be a lot higher.

There probably are people who would want the       Super-SEVEN to come back...in either of its two formats (pick 7; 11 drawn of 80, or 7/10/74)-but WITH a cash option.

Super-6 is so boring, even the Energizer Bunny is falling asleep.

Once again, you have to boycott Super 6. Don't buy any tickets!! Until Pa. gets rid of the lottery guru's, and have better games, you will be stick with these types of games.

PA has a new lottery director, as well as a new Governor. Give them a chance, but keep the pressure on them to '86' Super-6.

                            Lottoscorp:

Do you mean turning Super-6 into a keno game?

The old PA Super-7 was a keno-like game because you picked 7 numbers and the PA Lottery drew 11      (of 80), later 10 (of 74). Super-7 was a jackpot-driven game; however, it NEVER had a cash option.

I think PA dventually will have a keno/Quick Draw game, but, I expect Super-6 to be replaced by a smaller-scale jackpot lotto game.
