My life has been a constant dissapointment.  For one, I got the sh*tty end of the stick from my dad.  Since I have an older brother who always gets my dads attenction.  Even now, I'm 21 and he still pays attenction to him more then me.  Through school I always got picked on and teased.  I had very few friends.  High school came around and I started hangin with the wrong people which led me to not finishing school.  The only skills I got have to do with stuff that I cant do because you have to have to go to college.  And I cant even pass the GED test to get me there.  Anyways,  the only things I can really do are come up with ideas that would be useful in like detailing cars or I can come up with good song lyrics.  Stuff like that.  I dont have the connection to get into car detailing nor the skills to do it myself for anyones car.  I just come up with the ideas.  Same with the music.  I can think of a good beat and or words.  But there is no one that will listen to me.  And what tops it all.  My girlfriend is cheating on me while she is carrying my first child.  I have no job and no place to sleep at night.  I stay at my friends sometimes but I cant over stay my welcome.  I sometimes sleep in my sisters conversion van when I dont stay at my friends.

The worst feeling in the world is when I finally get enough money to get a lottery ticket and when I dream and think about wining the only thing that will save my life is when the numbers I got, none of them come in.  It kills me and I start droping tears.  My dreams are shattered and I get sick to my stomach.  I think of my daughter coming into this world with her daddy a bum and cant support her.  I'm gonna give up soon and lose all hope.  It's a shame.  I wish things could have been better for me for my daughter.

Please feel free to comment on this.  I need someone to talk to.

There's not a whole lot to say El Santo. The answer isn't the lottery. Find a job, any job. In every town there is places you can go that will pay daily for labor. That's a start. You have access to a library, study for the GED. It's going to take work, but it's possible.

Okay, now I believe you can predict lottery numbers

Ditto what Thomas said.  Pull yourself up by your own bootstraps, make something of yourself from hard work, and play the lottery for fun.

it is just for fun... and profit for the states

I agree 100% with Thomas, you have to start somewhere. Check your local state unemployment agency, many have programs that will train you for a GED and they always have work posted.

What type of songs do you write?

You've received some good advice from these people. Listen to them.

I have a question for you. Where'd you get the computer from?        Use it to your advantage.

Hyper - I can write about anything really.  Make it a rock song or a rap song.  I dont care.  When I do write I dont know if there any good like I said I cant get them to anyone to find out.  My friend says there good but that's just my friend.  He could be just saying that.  They are mostly poems, but that's how people get songs is from poems.

Old hank - I use my friends computer.

I have tried to study for the test and the sections that I think that I need work on with an actual teacher.  The logic of his thinking clash with mine and the way I think and learn.  The only one who can understand how I learn and think is my friend Mike.  But he is an ex-college student who works at UPS part time and has a girlfriend in which he pays most of his attenction too.  I have tried to take the free classes but that didnt work since it was winter and I had to walk 7 or 8 miles to the place.  I hate the cold.  I couldent do that everyday.  There was one teacher that I could talk to and who was really helpfull but he dont teach anymore that I know of.

Vision - I will take you up on that.  More talking and listening might help me figure something out.

Thank you all for the replies.  Keep them coming if you wish.

                  El Santo,

You are not the first person to buy a lottery ticket and dream of winning millions of dollars and you won't be the last.  Everybody that buys a ticket hope to win a jackpot of money, they just aren't dumb enough to put a hold on their life until they win.

That's the thing though.  I'm not putting a hold on my life for anything.  I've tried all I can do and got nowhere.

Hey man, don't give up hope.  As far as winning the lottery, you GOTTA only play it for FUN.  Don't count on winning the big one.  Look at the odds.  If it happens, great..

You're not much older than me and you and I got a long way to live.  A wise professor at my school once said...

"Some people dream of success and others work hard at it to achieve it.  The choice is yours".  It's all up to you.

                              El Santo,

Well I think the other people here have given you some real solid advice. But if you are still feeling down, maybe you should check out the website for the winner of the last BIG Powerball Jackpot, Jack Whittaker.  http://www.jackwhittakerfoundation.com/

His foundation is giving out money for all sorts of situations. Perhaps you could get one of the grants.
