Recently I read that FOX News went to court to claim the words 'fair and balanced' belonged to them and Al Franken could not use them in his book title. The judge threw out the case and said the network was trying to undermine people rights to express themselves.

Likewise when it comes to expression an idea or writing a program about lotteries, words such as sums, high/low counts, averages, hit/miss ratios, draw histories and etc. can hardly be avoided.  These words were not coined by one individual but are among words we all use everyday to express ourselves and for anyone to claim that using them violates their copyrights is silly and an effort to undermine lottery players rights to express themselves.

Every lottery writer and programmer out there claim to have an easy way to make money off the lotteries and most are doing so by selling their books and programs to people looking for some easy money.

            To PAStone,

Once people read the word "free", They seldom read anything else.  You probably will be receiving e-mail requests for a long time.  Never use the word "free" even if all you are offering is bad advice.

It's just as hard to win a lottery jackpot too.

Microsoft Excel is the spreadsheet component of Microsoft Office(If you have it you will also have Word, PowerPoint(Slide Show), Outlook(e-mail), and Access(database)), it's more robust than the spreadsheet built into microsoft works. (works comes bundled on alot of PCs).
