    >is your confidence slipping? that first house was about $10 million UNDER most of your "previous" houses.<

Most of the houses I "showcase" I wouldn't buy. Even with millions it would be too much for me. If I ever did win what I would buy would probably be very different from what I fantasize about.

Okay, now I believe you can predict lottery numbers

If I ever won millions of dollars, I think I could do better than to pay millions for someone's old house that they were trying to unload for a nice profit.  I look at houses the same way I look at cars and pickup trucks, new ones are builded everyday and if you are not getting a bargain or a piece of history than you might as well buy a new one with the latest whistles and bells.  After all anything old has already seen its best days.

I did it again my friend... Went to the property today to do some mowing and didn't make it back home until 8:30 PM, which by then, it was too late to get into DC to buy my ticket's for tonight's drawing on the Power Ball.

Sure hope it roll's over again tonight...

                    Chief - Have "VISION" too...

May the warm winds of heaven blow softly upon your house. May  the Great Spirit bless all who enter there. May your mocassins make happy tracks in many snows. And may the rainbow always touch your shoulder.

                      CHIEF,

don't worry kemosabee.  many arrows must fall from quiver before the big deer is dead (whatever that means).

again, patience must be your virtue.  if "one" of us is going to unseat ol' jack,  we still have another $230 million buffalo chips to go.

if you really have "vision",  then you also live by the creedo...             "when i am meant to"

                        Hey gang:

Why doesn't PB list if there is a winner shortly after the drawing like MM does? They list the number's drawn but no news about winner's.

Looks like someone in New Hampshire won the Powerball last night. Let's see...who do we know in New Hampshire, hmm....maybe Steve Player! Whoa, that would ruffle some Quick- Pick feathers around here wouldn't it?  Just a joke, gang, don't get excited.
