Air pressure would somewhat constant at psi!
Barometric air pressure is a readily available number, and it varies. Pilots adjust their altimeters to the current barometric air pressure. There's no way to get a reading in the studios, gotta work with what's available.
Fluctuations in drive mortors would be called a surge or spIke! Happens all the time look at NASA!
Spikes and surges are anomalies that are not consistent. I think they are referring to subtle variations in operating range due to variations during the manufacturing process that are more consistent (RPM/Watts consumed/Temperature)... something we have no way of knowing.
Temperature all rooms have A/C!
They are also TV studios and have hot overhead lights... again something there is no way of knowing... you could get outside air temperature for the city, that's about as refined as it can get.
Lottery drawing are at the same time every day +- seconds !Ohio 12:29 MID/7:29 EVE
true, that's why it's not a good constant, it doesn't vary... a better temporal variable would be the drawing date... consistently spaced but always changing.
