total STRAIGHT julian hits within 10 numbers from the rundown =108
total BOX julian hits = 399
250x108=$27,000
40x399=$15,960 = total of $42,960
to play from day 1
$10x9141=$91,410 (must have played the 10, distribution of the 108 is near even, with a slight nod to the 2nd number in the rundown)
net loss of $48,450...
still one heck of a loss, $0.50 straight + $0.50 box bets assumed...last one in PA was september of this year, it was the 7th number on the rundown.
tomorrow's rundown for PA...
561
917
273
629
985
341
697
053
409

let's see how it does... it may not exactly be the "magic bullet" but perhaps a key piece of a larger puzzle?
Interesting, still in the poor house, but interesting none the less...
Special thanks to LP member ERAE for sending me an idea for a formula to count box hits, I ended up heavily modifying it to fit my chart, but without the idea, I would be lost.... thanks
and for all pick 3 players with excel, I recieve, so shall I give... my modified formula for counting box hits in a rundown (FOR BACKTESTING ONLY, NO PREDICTIVE ABILITY!!!)....
=IF(S2=(($D3*100)+($E3*10)+$F3),"S",IF(S2=(($D3*100)+($F3*10)+$E3),"B",IF(S2=(($F3*100)+($E3*10)+$D3),"B",IF(S2=(($F3*100)+($D3*10)+$E3),"B",IF(S2=(($E3*100)+($D3*10)+$F3),"B",IF(S2=(($E3*100)+($F3*10)+$D3),"B"," "))))))
Assumes S2 contains the first result of your workdown
Assumes D3, E3 and F3 contain the next day's results by digit drawn (separated into 3 columns), therefore D3 is 1st, E3 is 2nd and F3 is 3rd.
place this formula into cell AC3 (IF S2 thru AB2 contain 10 workout steps), then just autofill to AL3... box hits are clearly indicated with a B, straights with an S and misses with blank space.
at the bottom of the list, simply use
=countif(AC2:AC<end of your list>,"=S")
then drag this across the bottom of each of the 10 columns, not only counts straight hits but also shows clustering!
and below that, add
=countif(AC2:AC<end of your list>,"=B")
this counts the boxes (autofill this 10 over too)
then simply SUM each of the countif rows to get a total number of boxes and straights for ANY system, provided you list the rundown results...
happy hunting!
