When I use Kokane's link it shows IANA , Internet Assigned Numbers Authority in CA. Mailed them a querry, got an auto response with a promise of a ' prompt full investigation' and to expect a reply soon. Will see what they have to say ... but I wonder if I should try to get rid of these suckers in the mean time?

if at first you don't succeed ... destroy all evidence you ever tried  Cool

Kim Komando had this in her newsletter this morning.  Lets you know who is pinging your ports and could be trying to hack in.  It also has a built in look up function to identify who's doing it.

There are also programs that will help you identify intruders. One
program is called VisualZone and it's free. You will find it online at:

    Good luck to everyone!
