WOW, Some very interesting post and points have been expressed on this thread.
Guess I will share my additional 2 cents worth.
First, let me say I am 100% a systems player. Always have been and always will be. In my own personal opinion, I feel that it gives me a slight advantage to wheel or play via a system. Some will agree and others will disagree. That is fine. I am also open minded enough to realize that quick picks and other methods win as well. Obviously no one has yet invented a magical system that wins 100% of the time. When and if that happens one day, we will definitely know about it. In the mean time, let's all agree to play in whatever manner brings us the most joy. After all, if you are not playing for fun, you should not be playing.
One more thing, for all that believe in wheels or systems play, one very important element I believe was left out. That element is intuition or "gut feeling". Myself personally, there have been many times that I knew somehow that one number was going to be drawn. I cannot always do this, but after years of looking at the numbers you can sometimes do this. Sure, one could say that it was based on the following theories; repeats, skips, connecting, hot, cold, consecutive, etc. But, sometimes you just know and have to play that hunch. I am not talking voodoo or devine intervention, although I am a proud christian. Just a feeling you (Sometimes) get. After all, any system or wheel is only as good as the numbers you select. I have seen that on most Lotto draws, one number repeats from the previous week, another number from 2 weeks prior, another one or two may be deduced from skip charts. But that still almost always leaves one or two numbers that do not follow any type of logic, if you are playing based on these theories.
So to systems players I say continue to play your theories, wheels, systems and hunches. Add a number or two from the gut.
Quick Pick and non systems players, play with a positive attitude.
To all, play for fun and think positively.
Darn this is starting to seem like a sermon. LOL Anyway, it's Sunday!!
Blessings and winnings to all!!!!
Thanks,
John
