For example, I would like to belong to such a group right now if one of the members lived in Massachusetts so we could play the Mass Millions game with its postive expected value.

We would all agree ahead of time on the games to play, the jackpot levels and the numbers.

      Good luck,
      Jake

I second Jake's idea.  Is there any member from Massachusetts that would be interested in a multi-country lottery pool?  Canada's Lotto Super 7 has the biggest tax-free CASH jackpots in North America, if not the world.  For example, the  May 2002 jackpot was $37.8 million.  A $30 million unclaimed ticket will expire worthless next month, so there will probably be bonus draws with a record jackpot.

Has any non-resident ever been able to buy a Massachusetts lottery ticket?  I tried phoning 1-800-222-TKTS but there was no answer.

It's so much better to be a Canadian citizen if you buy lottery tickets...
