Looks like the site was last updated in 1998.

Page not found can also mean the site timed out before it could open, this often happens when a site is on a busy server especially free sites, it can also be due to a bad connection on your end.  I can't tell you how many times I thought the web was slow only to find my service logged me in at 28k and buggy to boot!

When you get page not found, try backspacing which can reload the page or take you back to the search engine and give it a second go.  Also if the link is long try backspacing over the last /part.html or two and see if the home of the site still exists.  This often works if the site uses abreviated internal links and your java is upset from a previous site.  BobP

Another little trick to keep from wasting time while waiting for pages to load is when you see a link on the search page, instead of clicking on it, right click on it and choose open in new window.  That way you can always stay on the search page and look at other things while the page is attempting to load.  If you get a page not found, then you can just close the new window, and right click on the next one and do the same thing.

I'm so excited!  I will take all of your suggestions and continue my research.  Thank you so much, everyone.

My new idea is that the lottery has something to do with parrallelograms.  hehehehe.

Coming up with new ideas every other day-

You can set your Windows XP controls to do this for almost everything. Only exception would be following threads in a forum, but all links will use a new window. Works great.

Thanks for the tip, I didn't know about that setting.  In fact, I found it on a Win 98 machine running IE 6 as well.
