Let me tell you, first pardon my spelling+etc, then,a true random
selection of numbers,and i mean.a really perfect one,doesn't
exsist they are all, just very close aprossimations, some just
more than others.
A true random selection would perhaps be hard to predict, but
not impossible, maybe all you would need to do would be to be
just exactly as random on your own number selection,in other
words you would have to sincronize your own radmoness to
be exactly the same as the randomness that would be used
by the lottery people to make their own selections, or to select
their numbers for the drawing,so the computer selected
numbers would be easier to beat, provided that the state did
not in anyway tamper with it.
The randomness of the lottery machines and balls is far from
perfect no matter weather they use one or several machines
that they switch every so often,in a way they are easier to
predict, and in another they are harder because, the prediction
is more chaotic specially if they use many machines because
even if they appear to be the same they are different and so
behave slightly different and that is not predictable, unless
they are always switched in the same order, but there are also
many other changing factors that produce, erratic or chaotic
behavior,such as friction.humidity,temperature,air pressure,
etc.
Of course a computer is also subjected,to many different,
factor and or conditions that would affect its performance
and so also the particular programs specially something
as delicate as uniform randomness,if it can be called that.
No matter, what you do,you will allways just have to take your
chances.
One or the main problem with prediction is that it focuses in
only one or a few factors, but not in all of them, and so the
prediction is far from perfect, there are so many known and
unknown factors, forces,or physical laws governing the
behavior of things that makes true prediction impossible no
matter what,we can only come to approsimations.
whenever,we predict right we do it not just by technique by
also by chance (what is called luck).
Anyhow i grow tired of this, and it's enough.
Bye. Fernando.
