Which states use computers to generate random numbers? And for what games?

Pennsylvania mid-day pick 3 and pick 4 games only

The day they pick the pick 5 and pick 6 games with a computer is the day I stop playing the lottery.

actually, ohio still uses draw machines.  they just do not televise their drawings.  WI, DE, CA, MN, NM, and a few other states animate their drawings.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

I read that Texas still uses the drawing machines at their web site.  But one thought here:

Even live drawing could be manipulated to produce the desired outcome. It has been done......remember PA some years ago. Too, if the live drawing is on a closed set who is there to ensure the team doesn't retake the drawing until they get it right?

I am not proposing there is cheating in the process, only recognize the opportunity. I look at the Texas breakdowns and what I see is random numbers that appear to be to evenly drawn......anyone notice these things in their own state? It would seem then the state having the ability to know the payout before the drawing might lean toward levelling the playing field at various times to insure the health of the game.

                    Thoughts here?

LA uses computer to pick all their numbers. To my knowledge they were the first State to do it.

My friend Larry Love of Lotto Edge Magazine http://lottoedge.com/ told me once, it is easier to beat computer picks with a computers, than beating ping-pong balls with a computer program.
