  ok.  give it a go.  personally, i don't think any lotto game should have a prize cap.

  I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

  What kind of a game is WinFall? I've never heard of it.

  it's a multi-million dollar annuitized jackpot game.  if the jackpot reaches $5 million, and nobody hits it, the jackpot rolls down.  it's michigan's way of saying that they can't compete with multi-state games.

  I like the idea of a lottery game with a cap. It increases interest in the game.

  Take the last drawing of the Pa Super 6, which was replaced by Match 6. The deal was if no one hit the jackpot the money would be divided among the lower tier prizes. The little guy got some nice payouts.

  41 players matched 5 of 6 received $69,245.00

  2,524 players matched 4 of 6 received $1,054.00

  67,953 players matched 3 of 6 received $44.00

  Show me another game with lower tier prizes like that?

  Massachusetts' upcoming Cash WinFall will have a $2 million (cash) cap.

  I actually drive from IL to Mich whenever its at 5 million.  Have hit four out of six a couple of times and that has paid close to a thousand a pop.  When your odds are about a thosand to one to hit four out of six and the payout is close to that, that is the only lottery you should play.  That and when the ILL LL is more than 575k.
