when is the cutoff time for posting a prediction? I had been trying to post a powerball pick on occasion about 25 min. prior to draw time and could only get the next available draw date...

Playing more than one ticket per game is betting against yourself.

Cutoff time is one hour prior to draw time.  I will not go any closer to the draw time, because there is too big of a risk that if I either don't have the draw time exactly correct in my DB, or if there's a glitch with time zone info or something that someone would be permitted to enter predictions after the draw takes place.

One hour still gives any players that might want to play some of the predictions 45 min. to play those numbers locally.  I assume anyone posting predictions are posting them for others to see also.
