I hope you're reading all this reference material you're posting. Quite often you're bringing up topics that have well and truly been thrashed out before on this Forum.
What would impress me is when raising a topic you checked for previous contributions on this Forum. Then instead of making the assumption that because it is new to you it is also new to all of us you referenced that previous thread if applicable and mentioned something in there that warranted further discussion. This has a twofold effect; on the one hand it is acknowledging what others have contributed on the subject and secondly that you have given them the courtesy of reading what they wrote.
Since you've raised the subject of Random Numbers how about producing an algorithm that you think will do the job for either the Pick3/Pick4, the pick5/6 or PowerBall Games. I will gladly give them a good test run and I think a few other members will be interested in looking them over too.
Now, there is something to really get your teeth into.
