still no second top prize winner. they keep advertising the number of instant winners on their website, but the number keeps going down. it's only in 4 digits. PA should just give up and get rid of the game before anyone notices it's there.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

Lifetime payments don't bother me, and neither do annuity payments. As long as I don't have to work. But if you win "Un"-Lucky for Life (as Cash Only calls it), you will indeed still have to work. $36,000/year is paltry at best, and considering the $2 price, it's unacceptable. With the odds, and the price, it should be $100,000/year for life. I like the instant win feature, and if I ever play, that would be why. All in all, it's a poorly executed game. I'm sure PA's profit margins on this game are even better than NY Lotto, but no player cares about profit margins, and it's doesn't take a lifetime winner to figure that out. My recommendations:

            • Transfer the instant win feature to the Daily Number and Big 4 (like NJ and IL).

            • Make a new game. Maybe more along the lines of Cash 4 Life (that game was 'da bomb).

I have suggested numerous times that PA join "Hot Lotto", probably in a longer-odds version.

                Jimmy:

The MUSL "Annuity4Life" was very similar to Lotzee. At least the NJ game paid the top prize in lump sum (there were understandable complaints that the $500,000 cash prize had to be split if multiple winners).

I'm guessing once the # of Instant Losers per week drops below 15,000, PA will announce the game's retirement.

Everyone's against annual payments!  why???? =)

I think $3k a month or a week forever is great.  It would definately help out.    I actually like the new game idea that some states are doing.

                        AP:

This game does not pay in lump sum.

If a big state like PA joined hot lotto wouldn't the jackpot stay low because someone's always winning? I'm not sure what hot lotto's odds are but it's not big states.

If PA were to join Hot Lotto IMO it would be a longer odds/$2 version.
