  I think everyone should check this out

  this looks a little "too good to be true"

  The two tickets he posts are digitally altered. 

  On the first ticket, if you look closely at the lines that contain the winning numbers, you can see that the numbers are not aligned correctly and the letters "iforn" in California directly behind the number 27 were redrawn pitifully back into place.

  On the second ticket, it seems as if all three lines of numbers were added on.  Also, the circle on the second ticket is nothing compared to a perfect circle on the first ticket.  The left side of the circle is a straight line, while the first ticket shows a circle that is completely round.

  although the system might be  flawed, it is still based on positional analysis, which in my opinion is probably the most important tool for playing lotto.

  Positional analysis may be good, but after looking at those forged ticket images, I wouldn't use any positive thoughts in the same sentence as that system.  The guy should be arrested in my opinion.

  I think those were Dan Rather's tickets.

  Its very sad how many people have wasted $20 on that system

  he knows people are not going to send it back for the refund

  and even if they do i wonder how much they have lost playing tickets :(

  I almost paid $15 for a bogus pick 3 system until I found lottery post

  This is a great place

  you are quite right todd, my opinion was based purely on the aspect of positional analysis, and this guy should not be allowed to take advantage of vulnerable people who know no better, ebay I feel are also to blame.

  I guess you could theoretically blame eBay, but I don't like to.  There are a couple of reasons.

  First, I am in the same position they are.  I try to keep on top of everything, but occasionally something slips through.  And in those times I don't want to take some kind of blame for some bad people trying to take advantage of my web site.

  Second, if eBay were to put policies/procedures into place that would 100% completely eliminate all fraud, they would have to be so restrictive that no one would want to go there.

  So eBay takes an approach of trying to aggressively track down bad people, while at the same time trying to provide as much freedom as possible.  In balance, I think they do a good job.
