Games should be played in a 2 phase process...
Phase 1 = Prediction (determining what numbers are most likely to be drawn... methods vary wildly and none are really consistent)
Phase 2 = Betting strategy (to play or not to play, how much to play and how to arrange the predicted numbers, the home of wheels)
Wheels are a phase 2 tool, until prediction can be brought under consistent control they really don't do any more than advertised... remember all exclusion wheels have an "out", that out is whatever follows the word "IF" in the wheel description.
for example...
3 if 6 in 12
you are guaranteed to match 3... IF you picked 6 correct numbers out of the 12 that make up the wheel... When you can't satisfy the IF clause, the wheel will not win.... even 5 in 12 might undermine the wheel design and return far less than expected... you have to ask yourself if it is worth playing all those lines to guarantee a match3 on ONE line... and even that's not 100% guaranteed, unless the IF clause is satisfied.
A full coverage wheel has no guarantee and covers all of the numbers at least once... that is using a phase 2 tool for phase 1, not an effective strategy.
I never go past phase 1, I am not yet satisfied with my results there yet, so moving on to the more expensive phase 2 is not in my best interest just yet. I may never get there... I have my predicted line for tonight's PB, win or lose it only cost $2 (because I got the power play option)... I go through 12 individual steps to get to a single pick, I could play all 12 lines, but backtesting has proven that to be ineffective... hits are fewer but make a more dramatic impact, I am still playing on their money (after total winnings of $40 over the last 2 months, my strategy cost is $4 per week/1 line+pp per draw... I still have $16 of that left ;-) )
predictors usually don't need to move past phase 1, and phase 2 is the hunting ground of the Trappers... until you fully understand that you can't guarantee anything in phase1, you probably shouldn't go blindly into phase 2, because wheel designers assume you already have phase 1 down.
