Sedertree's Blog

Website Down

After almost a year of researching Bayesian Analysis I have finally been able to adapt it to predict numbers in the Pick-3 and Pick-4 Lotteries.

Everything is still on paper so I can't post any numbers just yet. If this is as powerful as I think it will be. Look Out....

My website is down for a major overhaul as well.

Had to Share

Hello Friends,

I had to share my good fortune with you today.

Today I not only got paid for the timber I sold off of my property, but I also got a 1k paycheck from work this week.  Minus bills and moving expenses, I'm still sitting on 6k.

Terri and I will be moving into a larger rental this week.  This place is nice with an attached garage.  Plenty of space to move around in.

I just found out that I can get DSL at the new place.  Very close to the DSL source as well.  This will be the base of operations as I continue to save my money for building the house.

Life is really looking up.

You've got to see these....

Also check out the other links, everyone's saying it....

Kerry KO'd Bush!! There is no doubt in my mind that we will have a new President soon. I can't wait.

BTW I checked out the electoral vote stats by state and there is no doubt that Kerry will win both the Electoral College as well as the Popular Vote. You heard it from Sedertree first.

The other side of Me.

Months before Sept 11 I had a dream in which I saw two meteors streaking thru the sky towards New York.

About a year later I had another disturbing dream where I saw nuclear mushroom clouds towards the West Coast. It hasn't happened yet of course. Thank God I was wrong on that one.

I suffer from chronic nightmares. I see death on a massive scale. I see the destruction of the human race. More importantly, I don't see the America that we see today. I don't know if it will happen in my lifetime, or if these events are in the distant future. Every night brings new horrors where I am the observer, powerless to stop what is happening.

There was one occasion where I did step into my dream to stop an event. It was a murder about to happen. The attacker was holding a knife above his head, about to stab someone. I reached out and grabbed his wrist. To which he casually looked at me and said. "You can't do that, you're dreaming." I immediately woke up and couldn't stop laughing because that had never happened before in my nightmares.

Tonight at work a lady was cutting scrap parts with a razor knife, that I loaned her, as I was going on break. I thought to myself, "She's going to cut herself" I came back to find my co-worker mopping her blood off of the floor. She bled all over my work-station. She took off the tip of her finger.

Having the ability to "see" events is really a curse. Because if you do something to stop the event from happening..... Let's say I told the lady I needed my razor knife back. Can you really have any credibility because the event did not happen? Can you really be sure you stopped the potential event by intervening.

People hear me talk logic, mathematics etc. etc. and think I'm all about that. Which is true for the most part. There is another side to Sedertree. A side that dabbles in Quantum Mechanics, Alternate Dimensions, Time Lines etc. etc.

I have theories that extend beyond the trivial pursuit of heuristics and delve deeper into realms of the unknown. Some would call all this meta-physics.

As many times as I have "seen" events before they occur. I can't completely discount the possiblility. That there is more to this reality than what you see when you step out of your front door in the morning.

I suppose this is what drives me in my quest for unraveling the mystery of random events. Maybe I'm just trying to understand myself a little better......

Missing Files II

Before proceeding I recommend that you download and install this file.

http://ccrp.mvps.org/download/cooltools/ocxdllreg.reg

"The OCX/DLL RegSvr Context Menu is a registration file which, when merged into your registry by double clicking or installing, adds 'Register' and 'Unregister' commands to the context menu displayed when right-clicking a ocx or dll file. This is a timesaver, removing the need to run regsvr32 from the command line to register controls and libraries. It is available as a zip and a reg file - the reg file version will install immediately if you specify 'Open" when downloading."

WARNING!!  Do This Only Once
-----------------------------------------------

Then go to this webpage:
http://freeware.it-mate.co.uk/?Cat=OCX_Files

Download the zip file(s) of the ocx controls you need and unzip them to your windows system folder.  Right click on the OCX file(s) and choose register.

Missing Files

In order to use the "Permutation Limits" Filter there are two additonal files that you will need.

http://www.bayesoft.com/combo3a.txt

http://www.bayesoft.com/combo4a.txt

Click on the link, then save the file to the working directory after it finishes loading to your browser.

The combo4a.txt file has some errors in it.  So I wouldn't rely too heavily on the permutations that are produced by applying it for the Pick-4 Game.  If someone could fix this file I'll include it in the download.  The Sedertree.zip file now has these files included.  These links are for those who downloaded the zip file prior to this blog entry.

Freeware Finished

After killing Sunday Afternoon:

http://www.bayesoft.com/software.html

The zip file contains the executable file, a few drawfiles and a blank matrix.doc file.

The controls used are pretty common and I use WinXP so I didn't see the need for an installation file.  If by some off chance that a runtime error occurs.  Let me know so I can upload the correct control and provide a link.  You will have to manually register the control from that point.

Interesting

After four years what could I have possibly done to p*** off Mr. RickG.  What could have triggered his crusade against a system that I developed and shared years ago on Maybells and that is still regarded as one of the best.

Is it the fact that I'm now offering the software version to the public free-of-charge?  No, that can't be it.  You would think that he would appreciate the gesture.  Especially since he hates people who sell their ideas and/or lottery products.  Besides, anyone can go to a "crack" or "warez" site and get the last version of SMWS for free on their own.

Is he so devoted to the old paper and pencil routine that he can't stand to see others using anything more?

Is it professional jealousy?

Is he using my 60/40 system or a derivative to post here at lotterypost?

Is he frustrated that he can't reverse engineer my new system?

Is he upset that I won't post my new system for everyone like I did at Maybells?

Does he anticipate that I will try to sell my new system at some point?

I really don't know why, and frankly I could care less what his motivation is.  I don't give away my new, cutting edge innovations any longer and I don't sell lottery software either.  So take another "Chill Pill" Rick.  The last one you took is wearing off.

And another thing....  If this system was around BEFORE I developed it.  Then why did not one person, including yourself, ever mention it at Maybells or since as being an old system.

Normal Update

I'm Extremely Pleased with my new program.  Finally made it into the "Top Ten" Predictors here at LotteryPost.  I don't think my friends, who have been around for the last four years, had any doubt that it would happen.  I'm calling it Pick-3 Predatorr and it is not for sale, nor will it be released to the public.  Sorry guys, it's just too good.

I am taking the weekend off from predicting but I'll be back at it again on Monday.

Until Then....

Good Luck,

...../George
