    Boy howdy, this article by The Associated Press is very telling.

    First, it’s worth remembering that in the fine print of the USMCA deal, Mexico and Canada must comply with North American parts origination for anything they want to manufacture for sale into the United States.  Meaning, all trade manufacturers must either create their component parts domestically, or purchase them from the U.S, Mexico and Canada. It’s the core point of the USMCA trade agreement.

    Secondly, in an aspect exclusive to the U.S. part of the deal that President Trump and USTR Lighthizer insisted upon, if either Canada or Mexico are deemed to be non-compliant with the agreement, the USA can cancel/override any trade agreement Mexico or Canada have with another nation.  It’s a heavy accountability hammer securing the gate into the massive USA market.

    In an AP report today, Mexico is scrambling to find local or North American sources of parts and components, because President Trump is set to come into office and look at USMCA compliance.  Apparently, Mexico has been using excessive amounts of Chinese component parts for goods being sent into the USA and Canada.  Now they are quickly trying to source alternatives.

    MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexico has been taking a bashing lately for allegedly serving as a conduit for Chinese parts and products into North America, and officials here are afraid a re-elected Donald Trump or politically struggling Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau could try to leave their country out of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada free trade agreement.

    Mexico’s ruling Morena party is so afraid of losing the trade deal that President Claudia Sheinbaum said Friday the government has gone on a campaign to get companies to replace Chinese parts with locally made ones.

    “We have a plan with the aim of substituting these imports that come from China, and producing the majority of them in Mexico, either with Mexican companies or primarily North American companies,” Sheinbaum said.

    While Sheinbaum claimed Mexico had been working on that effort since the 2021 global supply chain crisis — when factories around the world were stalled by a lack of parts and particularly computer chips from Asia — it appears to be an uphill battle. Even the United States has faced big challenges in moving chip production back home despite billions in subsidies and incentives.

    Mexico gained tens of thousands of jobs when U.S. and foreign automakers moved their plants to Mexico under the free trade pact to take advantage of much lower wages. But the idea that Chinese parts — or even whole cars — could be piggybacking on that arrangement to further hollow out the U.S. auto industry has enraged some people north of the border.

    So Mexico is scrambling with private companies to get them to move parts production here.

    “Next year, God willing, we are going to start making microchips in Mexico,” Mexican Economy Secretary Marcelo Ebrard said on Thursday. “Of course they’re not yet the most advanced chips, but we are going to start producing them here.” (read more)

    It’s amazing how the results of a USA election can almost instantly change the behavior of multinational corporations and the governments’ they bribe.

    However, it does lend a person to wonder why the Mexicans and Canadians didn’t have to worry about rule enforcement when Joe Biden was in office?

    Despite the diminutive Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy jumping around and shouting about Russians firing an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) today, they didn’t.  Instead, Russian President Vladimir Putin decided his response to the U.S-led NATO group firing missiles into the Russian Federation would be to send a message with a multi-warhead intermediate range hypersonic missile. {Background Message Context}

    President Vladimir Putin said, “one of the newest Russian medium-range missile systems was tested in combat conditions, in this case with a ballistic missile in non-nuclear hypersonic edition.”  The missile has a range of approximately 3,500 kilometers, below the threshold for the “Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty (SALT), that’s a reach throughout western Europe and the hypersonic message is likely, ‘you have no iron dome system that can prevent this.”

    KYIV, Nov 21 (Reuters) – Russia fired a hypersonic intermediate-range ballistic missile at the city of Dnipro on Thursday in response to the U.S. and UK allowing Kyiv to strike Russian territory with advanced Western weapons, in a further escalation of the 33-month-old war.

    Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a televised address, said Moscow struck a Ukrainian military facility with a new ballistic missile known as “Oreshnik” (the hazel) and warned that more could follow.

    “A regional conflict in Ukraine previously provoked by the West has acquired elements of a global character,” Putin said in an address to the nation carried by state television after 8 pm Moscow time (1700 GMT).

    A U.S. official said that Washington was pre-notified by Russia shortly before its strike, while another said they had briefed Kyiv and other close allies in recent days to prepare for the possible use of such a weapon.

    Regardless of its classification, the latest strike highlighted rapidly rising tensions in the past several days.

    Ukraine fired U.S. and British missiles at targets inside Russia this week despite warnings by Moscow that it would see such action as a major escalation. (read more)

    The U.S, U.K and NATO war alliance, are desperate to provoke Vladimir Putin into expanded engagement prior to President-elect Donald Trump taking office.  The NATO members, sans Biden, previously met in Brussels after the U.S. election to organize a strategy to Trump-proof their efforts.

    Increasingly, it looks like Great Britain will lead the provocation effort, with full support of the U.S. war machine.  We previously said to watch Moldova closely, because that strategic position would be the most likely place of western political influence to provoke Russia.

    Indeed, as things are starting to unfold with increased urgency stimulated by the U.S. election outcome, now we see the U.K entering a new agreement for military defense of Moldova being prepositioned.  Just today:

    U.K Govt – […] A new UK-Moldova Defence and Security Partnership has also been launched today, building on extensive cooperation between the two countries and strengthening Moldovan resilience against external threats. This partnership will bolster support for the sovereignty, security and stability of Ukraine, helping to strengthen national security at home in the face of increasing Russian aggression.

    […] Foreign Secretary David Lammy said: Moldova is a vital security partner for the UK, which is why to reinforce their resilience against Russian aggression and to keep British streets safe, I am deepening cooperation on irregular migration and launching a new Defence and Security Partnership.

    With Ukraine next door, Moldovans are constantly reminded of Russia’s oppression, imperialism and aggression. (Source)

    As the design of the strategy appears to be unfolding, Great Britain – with U.S. covert operational support, will position themselves inside Moldova.  NATO troops are already on the ground there, much to the anxiety of the average Moldovan.

    The intellectually honest people of Moldova, using the reference point of prior activity by the U.S in Ukraine, clearly see themselves being set up as cannon fodder for western military usefulness.  The GB/CIA/NATO team appear likely to use the geography of Moldova to provoke Russia into some form of response.

    The U.K can then declare their troops under attack, and NATO can respond with mutual defense of the U.K pact, via Moldova.

    The baseline for the continued need to avoid any cessation of hostilities in Ukraine, is financial.  Blackrock and JPMorgan have exclusive rights to the “rebuilding” of Ukraine, with access to all the resources therein. {Link}  Thus, there is an alignment of interests between Blackrock, JPMorgan, NATO the U.S. State Dept. and the internal operatives of the Biden administration.

    At the same time, the Deep State (those who control Biden), the Intelligence Community, in combination with the anti-Trump DOJ-NSD (National Security Division), are using the increased hostility to bait President-Elect Trump into saying something contradictory about current U.S-NATO policy; a Logan Act violation.

    So far President Trump has remained quiet, as the provocation against our peaceful interests are ongoing.  For his part, Vladimir Putin has remained reserved and careful in his response; however, as U.S/NATO missiles continue to land inside the Russian Federation, there is concern that Putin’s restrained responses may indeed escalate.

    We hope there are backchannels between Moscow and Mar-a-Lago; however, without any doubt the IC is looking to intercept any communication that might possibly be taking place.  Everyone in/around the orbit of President Trump likely has Nat/Sec surveillance on them.

    The industrial war machine is attempting to defend itself against any peace effort.

    ‘Troublesome’ is an understatement.

New leather house moccasins [not broken in]

The soles on my old leather moccasins wore. Had them for many, many years and they were stretched and broken in to a perfect fit.

A few weeks ago I decided to purchase new leather moccasins that were for my foot size triple EEEs. They are the correct size but a bit small with having edema bouts up and down. When I tried using them my feet were pinched after a little while.

I set them to one side for the time being to decide how to break them in without pinching my feet. I looked at shoe trees but that did not appear to be a reasonable solution with wide feet. Then I thought about carving my own shoe tree the size of my feet. That seemed like a lenghty process to get them right.

Then a flash of lightning struck outside and the solution came to me.

I will use my old slippers as a form inserting a plastic food bag inside. Mix up enough pourable not to sloppy masonary mortar and stucco mix. Then pour the mix into the old moccasins filling to desired height. Just finished doing that today. I stuck two aluminum wire  rods about five inches long in each pour to help stiffen the masonary form.

I wil let that set up and harden. Then I will remove the masonary form from the moccasins and see if it is useable for stretching the new leather moccasins.Should be a perfect fit for the shape of each foot.

If necccesary I can do grinding of the form using my angle grinder.

    The “Big Ugly” was always a description of the battle that few understood.  You cannot be betrayed by your enemies; that happens when your allies reveal themselves against your interests.  Majority Leader John Thune will play his cards carefully in order to extract maximum damage.

    The Senate is factually the core of republican opposition to MAGA and President Trump.  The visible battle against Obama, Biden, Harris and the professional political left, always consumes the most attention.  However, it is the less-visible battle against the entrenched ideological republicans that proves to be the hardest.

    The Republicans in the upper chamber will not relinquish power easily.  They have a multitude of weapons to use against the insurgency of President Trump supporters.  We are seeing this play out now in the alignment of Republican Senators who stand in opposition to President Trump’s nomination of Matt Gaetz as U.S. Attorney General, and this recent report aligns with exactly the type of move we would expect.

    The basic outline is that senate leadership will reluctantly support Matt Gaetz for Main Justice, where ‘support’ means they will not directly oppose; in exchange for the nomination of FBI Director Mike Rogers to defend their interests at FBI.

    This is the typical type of deal the DeceptiCons are well known for.

    Thune and McConnell (in background) have yet to reveal who they have planned to place in the chair positions of multiple committees. We are very interested to see who chairs the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence because that mutually dependent relationship is the core of the IC influence in the legislative branch.  The same may be said for the chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and ultimately the Gaetz nomination.

    This recent report aligns with information we have received from the senate staff offices who are discussing the Gaetz nomination.  Thune would not make such a proposal openly, for obvious reasons, but intermediaries would relay the message between the upper chamber and the transition team.

    President Donald Trump would regret the day, if such terms were agreed.  Former House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Mike Rogers is a well-known deep state operative who would be guaranteed to work closely with the Intelligence Community in opposition to the interests of those who would like to see the FBI reformed or structurally rebuilt.

    Mike Rogers himself came from within the FBI and then went to congress where he carried the agenda of the FBI into the House Intel Committee.  It was that IC agenda that led to the Rogers/Ruppersberger report exonerating Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama for the Benghazi fiasco that led to Ambassador Chris Stephens murder.

    There is no deal like this that is worth making.  The DNI (Tulsi), DHS (Noem), HHS (RFK JR) and DOJ (Gaetz) nominations should stand on their own – along with a radical reform nomination, at best, for the FBI.

    This type of deal is exactly how the IC can hunker down and avoid the sunlight of investigation upon their corrupt operations.  This type of deal is how the counterintelligence division of the FBI can simply operate to protect the DOJ-NSD embeds that will attempt to remain in power within Main Justice.   This type of deal is how the FBI remains entirely political.

    The MAGA majority needs to keep leaning forward and telling the Senate republican representatives about their expectations for support.  Don’t let the scheming and conniving Senate Republican “leadership” have an inch of breathing space.

    It should not come as a surprise to see the same methods deployed against President Trump in 2024 that were used by the FBI in 2016.  The difference is now that President Trump understands the full power of his office in the security clearance process and that he doesn’t need the FBI.

    In 2016 the FBI used their power to conduct security clearances as a tool to stall and block President Trump appointments.  Historically this is one of the ways a very corrupt and political FBI interfere in any system that might be against the interests of the Intelligence Community that controls them. However, in 2024 President-Elect Trump and his transition team have already taken a different approach.

    First the report:

    WASHINGTON DC – An official at FBI headquarters in Washington is warning that the bureau’s security clearance division is politicized and can’t be trusted to screen President-elect Donald Trump’s nominees for top administration jobs.

    The allegations of political bias at the FBI’s security division, or SecD, were revealed in a protected whistleblower disclosure sent to the House Judiciary Committee, which The Washington Times reviewed.

    The official said the security clearance process has been “contaminated by the political agendas of [security division] officials and other executives in the FBI.” (more)

    This is not any earth-shattering revelation. We painstakingly discussed this in a multitude of prior research discussions. The motive of the Whistleblower to come forth now, is likely because President Trump is already working around the problem.

    WASHINGTON DC – President-elect Donald Trump’s transition team is skipping the protocol of using the FBI to conduct background checks, according to a report.

    Instead, the president-elect’s team is turning to private companies to vet administrative appointees, people familiar with transition planning told CNN. Trump has criticized the FBI for its slow investigation process and feared it would delay his ability to roll out his agenda.

    A security clearance is needed for some Cabinet positions, such as attorney general, and the process of obtaining one includes an FBI background check.

    Dan Meyer, a national security attorney, told CNN Trump’s mistrust of the FBI and the deep state has made him go completely rogue. [They] “don’t want the FBI to coordinate a norm. They want to hammer the norm,” Meyer told CNN.

    The Trump transition team’s decision to bypass the FBI background check comes as Trump has nominated former Reps. Matt Gaetz and Tulsi Gabbard for attorney general and National Intelligence director, respectively — both controversial picks. (more)

    Because President Trump is making civics great again, it’s worth reminding everyone that President Trump has unilateral decision-making authority to grant anyone a security clearance.  The President (atop the executive) can give anyone he chooses a top-secret security clearance status, simply by saying this person has top-secret security clearance.  Yes, it really is that easy.

    The President can choose his advisors and choose to share anything – even the most top-secret information in the country – with his advisors and cabinet members. That’s what we elect him/her to do; to use his/her judgement to make decisions.

    This is one of the powers within the office that cannot be challenged by any other silo, branch or institution.  The security clearance rules are what President Trump says the security clearance rules are.

    There is no outside silo in the Executive Branch, who can supersede the decision of President Trump.

    It has come to my attention that most of MAGA, specifically those who do not understand the history of Republicans in the Senate, support a return to Senatorial and Parliamentary norms, where 60 votes are needed in order to advance any legislative intent. [READ HERE] Stupid is, as stupid does.

    Prior to the 2024 election, Democrat Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, promised to end the filibuster rule and change the Senate to a simple ‘majority rules’ body.  However, in the aftermath of the 2024 election outcome, where Democrats are now in the minority, Chuck Schumer has a reversal of prior opinion and is requesting the Republican leadership to retain the filibuster rule – giving power to the Democrats who now hold minority position.

    Into this mix of UniParty and DeceptiCon political constructs, the online MAGA community are now advocating for a return to old Senatorial rules where amendments can be offered to all bills proposed and the 60-vote threshold is retained for cloture, filibuster power and legislative passage.

    Despite knowing Majority Leader Schumer was going to crush them, Senator Rick Scott, Senator John Cornyn and yes, now, Majority Leader John Thune, are taking the high road and promising to keep the power of the Democrat minority in place.  A more apropos example of “Battered Conservative Syndrome” has never been so clear.

    WASHINGTON DC – […] “The short version of that is: Please don’t do to us what we were going to do to you. Schumer is obviously concerned that Republicans might embrace a scheme to eliminate the filibuster and pass all sorts of consequential legislation with no Democratic input at all. That wouldn’t be bipartisan! Fortunately for Schumer, Republicans have been more principled than Democrats when it comes to the legislative filibuster, and to the filibuster in general. Republicans realize that even though they will have the majority for the next two years, they might be back in the minority at any time after that. So, Schumer will not get it good and hard the way he planned to give it to Republicans.” (more)

    This is exactly how ‘republicanism’ infects the MAGA movement, ultimately and predictably positioning the future republican voters frustrated and shouting at trees.  Democrats, together with Mitch McConnell and John Thune love this, because it retains their lucrative business model.

    Let me start by reminding the MAGA victims, that’s YOU, of the position of Democrats:

    Apparently, the high-minded influencers within the MAGA community have seemingly forgotten about this intent.

    Next, let us move to the reality of what the GOP is planning to do, and remember Scott, Cornyn and Thune all agree on this.

    The return of amendments to the Senate bills brings with it retention of the filibuster and ‘cloture’ 60-vote threshold.

    Taking the first part first, those amendments have a name. During the Obamcare fiasco you might remember a few of them: “The cornhusker kickback” (Nelson), “The Louisiana Purchase” (Landrieu), the “Florida Gator Aide” (Nelson).  These “amendments” are purchases of Senator’s votes with sweetheart closed-door deals, they are not enhancements to the bill, they are bribes for support.

    Now the second part. Presume a 55/45 split. The Majority needs to purchase votes from the minority in order to reach 60. That’s where “amendments” offer the highest price. K-Street Lobbyists pay for minority senators to support the amendment. Lots of money is made.

    Mitch McConnell and Harry Reid were not in opposition to each other on the business end of this process. Their personal wealth benefitted greatly.

    The high-minded MAGA Republicans are advocating for returning to, and retention of, this process.

    History: After Scott Brown became #41, Leader Harry Reid had to begin purchasing votes from Mitch McConnell. However, the American public were holding the GOP feet to the fire. Eventually Reid just said, “screw it” and dropped the vote threshold for final bill passage to a simple majority, 51.

    The Senate retained the 51-vote passage, with the exception of “cloture votes” or votes to close debate, along with ‘filibuster breaking thresholds’ which still needed 60. Essentially, McConnell/Reid were not stupid, they did not want to give up the business model. So, 60 cloture votes and filibuster remained.

    The Cloture Votes also provided the Deceptive Conservatives, DeceptiCons, the opportunity to vote yea on cloture, then vote against the bill. Senator Ted Cruz is the #1 Republican who uses cloture voting as a mask. Cruz often votes yea on cloture (supporting the bill) and nay on the bill itself (thereby denying he ever supported it).  It’s a good cover, and they all use it.

    Obviously, McConnell didn’t want to be the one to change the lucrative construct of Harry Reid, so he retained the non-amendment part and the 51-vote simple majority part.  Then McConnell lost the Senate, again.

    However, suddenly, the GOP are back in the majority and now Rick Scott (and presumably John Cornyn) wants to give the power back to the minority. McConnell’s protege’ John Thune learned well from the knee of the master.

    Leader John Thune has no issue giving the GOP power in the Senate away, adding back the lucrative process of amendments, and returning the threshold to 60 votes for bill passage. However, he had to pretend it was some astronomical exhibition of magnanimity in order to gain maximum value from the illusion of doing what he always supported.

    Thune says as leader I will return to regular order, amendments, voting thresholds and the pre-Harry Reid processes. Everyone cheers.

    The republicans are now in the majority and have changed the structure to add amendments and give stronger power to the minority.

    THE RESULT – President Trump’s agenda will be more difficult to pass (higher threshold and stronger opposition position), but somehow MAGA cheers for Senate Majority Leader John Thune (see thread).

    Battered Conservative Syndrome.

    Wash-Rinse-Repeat…. Then everyone will look oddly when the base of voters throws up their arms in frustration and the Senate flips back during Trump’s 2026 midterm election.

    Why should a Republican Senate majority take their foot off the gas and allow the Democrats to retain the power of the minority. They hold no similar disposition when in power.

    I say, crush them.

    Advance the MAGA agenda. Crush the opposition and give Republicans in 2026 a reason to go out and make the prior election even more resounding.

    President Trump has announced the nomination of North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum to head the Department of the Interior and also Chairman of a newly formed cabinet-level National Energy Council (energy Czar).

    Very interesting move, not in the appointment of Burgum, but in the duality of a method to tear apart the Dept of Interior Silo.

    As the American people are starting to become aware of a return to civics, the President of the United States has absolute power within the Executive branch and absolute immunity for everything he defines as an official act of his office.

    By appointing Burgum as the Interior Secretary and simultaneously the appointed energy-sector representative of the president, carrying the full weight and authority therein, there is no way for the institutional bureaucracy of the climate change officials inside the agency to block any changes decreed by President Trump within the mandate of the Energy Czar.

    Secretary Burgum will sit at the top of the Dept of Interior organization, AND Czar Burgum will sit inside every agency, office, and subsidiary department that has anything to do with “American Energy” production/regulation.

    A very strong power move. I like it.

    Burgum would lead a new National Energy Council comprising all agencies and departments involved in the production, regulation and transportation of “ALL forms of American Energy.” … “This Council will oversee the path to U.S. ENERGY DOMINANCE by cutting red tape, enhancing private sector investments across all sectors of the Economy, and by focusing on INNOVATION over longstanding, but totally unnecessary, regulation.”

    President Trump has announced on Truth Social there will be no position for former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley or Former CIA Director and Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, in the next administration.

    ♦ Nikki Haley directly blamed President Trump for the violent events during January 6, 2021, and said, “I don’t think [Trump’s] going to be in the picture,” she said, matter-of-factly. “I don’t think he can. He’s fallen so far.” […] “We need to acknowledge he let us down,” she said. “He went down a path he shouldn’t have, and we shouldn’t have followed him, and we shouldn’t have listened to him. And we can’t let that ever happen again.”

    Haley cares about one thing, her own position and power – that’s it.  She really is the worst type of politician you can fathom.   [SEE RESEARCH HERE] Nikki Haley was supported and funded by infamous CIA Acting Director Mike Morell.  Haley was a tool of the “six ways from Sunday” group.

    ♦ Mike Pompeo used his position of influence to install Senator Dan Coats as Director of National Intelligence during the first administration, with the mission objective to hamstring President Trump and ensure the “six ways from Sunday” group could lead the internal attacks.

    ODNI Dan Coats operated to block all declassification efforts of President Trump during the first administration until he was ultimately fired, too late, and replaced by Acting DNI Ric Grenell; later replaced by DNI John Ratcliffe.

    ♦ Mike Pompeo misled President Trump about issues of national intelligence, blocked any information adverse to the interests of the “six ways from Sunday” group, and operated a stealth mission to destroy the presidency.  That agenda included lying to President Trump about military engagements, CIA activity, foreign missions and organizing military attacks without the approval of the Commander in chief.

    While doing this, Mike Pompeo attempted to organize a covert assassination effort against Julian Assange, and later worked with the corrupt interests inside the Robert Mueller team and DOJ-NSD to exfiltrate Assange from the Ecuadorian embassy in London (joint black-ops mission with GCHQ) with hopes to finish the Assange operation in prison. {GO DEEP}

[Background Here] [Background Here]. President Trump made Esper, Milley and Pompeo hold a press conference without Trump supporting them; then President Trump remained silent on the issue for days.

    It seemed like CTH was alone in noticing the issues with the Pentagon and suspicions of Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Defense Secretary Mark Esper and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mark Milley. However, a few days after the Mar-a-Lago incident, Col Douglas Macgregor expressed his own suspicions about the U.S. military attack in Iraq and Syria that paralleled our gut reaction.
