Democrat Settled Sexual Harassment Case With $220k Of Taxpayer Dollars

"American taxpayers shelled out $220,000 to settle sexual harassment accusations against Democratic Florida Rep. Alcee Hastings, a new report reveals.

The Office of Compliance approved the settlement in 2014 after Winsome Packer, a former congressional staffer on a commission chaired by Hastings, accused the Democratic congressman of making sexual advances, touching her and threatening her job, documents obtained by Roll Call reveal.

Packer told Roll Call that she was “blackballed” after the incident.

“As an immigrant who came here with all these ideals, it is like someone just removed all the foundations that I stood on in this country for all these years,” she said. Packer was born in Jamaica, according to Roll Call....."

"A senior attorney on special counsel Robert Mueller’s legal team has even more connections to the Clinton campaign than previously thought; attending Hillary’s election night soiree in New York City along with other senior aides, reports the Wall Street Journal.

Andrew Weissmann, described by the New York Times as Mueller’s “pit-bull,” allegedly attended the Clinton Campaign’s supposed victory party last November.

“Mr. Weissmann also attended Hillary Clinton’s election-night party at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York, according to people familiar with his attendance,” writes the Journal.

Earlier this week, government watchdog agency Judicial Watch released an email exchange between the attorney and acting Attorney General Sally Yates, praising her decision to rebuke President Trump’s initial travel ban....."

Another day, another startling revelation  about operatives within the federal government who have specifically  worked against the elected president,  this one coming in the form of a top official at the Department of Justice being  demoted after numerous “contacts” with the opposition research firm that was paid by the Clinton machine to dig up dirt on Donald Trump.

According to an  exclusive Fox News report,  Bruce G. Ohr held two titles at the DOJ before his demotion Wednesday morning  which included associate deputy attorney general as well as director of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force. As associate deputy attorney general his office was “four doors” down from his boss and allowed Ohr to be directly involved in the Trump-Russia investigation.

Ohr not only met with one of the founders of Fusion GPS shortly after the election, he also met disinformation operative Christopher Steele DURING the 2016 campaign.

That’s right, yet another top government official has been exposed as directly working with anti-Trump operatives in a failed attempt at stopping him from getting elected in the first place. ...."

Mueller's 'Right Hand Man' Represented Hillary Clinton IT Staffer Who Installed Her Illegal Server

"In a trend which should surprise exactly nobody,  another member of the Mueller team has been found to have deep ties to Trump's opponents. 

Fox News host Tucker Carlson has obtained documents which reveal Aaron Zebley, considered to be Special Counsel Robert Mueller's "right hand man," defended Hillary Clinton IT staffer Justin Cooper - a Bill Clinton aide that installed the "private, illegal" server in the Clintons' Chappaqua home described by Politico as "jerry-rigged." 

Zebley, a former WilmerHale partner  who defended Cooper in 2015 in front of the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, was specifically called out by in a letter to Cooper for stonewalling the investigation, and his "complete refusal to engage the committee in a discussion about how to further assuage your concerns." 

Carlson points out that Zebley's history as an attorney linked to Hillary Clinton is a compromised position.

"A consultant who worked with the highly politicized Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) claims the organization funneled a large portion of over $5 billion in collected penalties to "community organizers aligned with Democrats" as part of a giant slush fund, the  Post reports. 

[The CFPB] Funneled a large portion of the more than $5 billion in penalties collected from defendants to community organizers aligned with Democrats — “a slush fund by another name,” said a consultant who worked with CFPB on its Civil Penalty Fund and requested anonymity.

Created six years ago as the brainchild of Senator Elizabeth Warren and slipped into the Dodd Frank bill before it was passed by Congressional Democrats, the CFPB became one of the most powerful agencies in D.C., with the ability to exercise enormous power over the U.S. economy while its budget remained unencumbered by congressional oversight. As  one Hill writer  put it:

The problem is that this agency and its director were set up to be free from the control of the Congress.  Congress’s fundamental obligation to oversee and fund such bureaus or agencies is short-circuited when it comes to the CFPB. In structuring it in the manner written by now-Sen. Warren (D-Mass.), the law abrogated the idea of a government by the people, for the people and of the people.

Instead, it established an autocratic and unaccountable power center for people of Warren’s ideological persuasion — those who view our market economy as an enemy that must be managed by a chosen few.  The creation of the CFPB as a rogue agency with a dictatorial leader is one of the most significant acts of malfeasance perpetrated on the American constitutional system since the Sedition Acts of 1798. 

The reins of the CFPB were handed over to Trump appointee Mick Mulvaney last week following the resignation of Director Richard Cordray, but not before Deputy Director Leandra English's unsuccessful attempt to block Mulvaney's appointment in a complaint filed against Trump and Mulvaley in a DC court. ....."
