Double double consecutives are so rare but all of a sudden two double double consecutives play within two days? And last night I was just saying in the comments that I can't see myself ever doing a double double consecutive and the very next draw one plays. 

 

 

Midday July 12TH was 8-9-26-27-31 and Midday July 10TH was 11-20-21-24-25

 

 

The universe is clearly messing with me. 

 

 

Someone won midday with 8-9-26-27-31. It will be interesting to find out if it was a QP or if someone was actually brave enough to intentionally do a double double consecutive. I'm thinking it's gonna be a QP because why would someone think of doing a double double so soon after one just played? Unless the numbers mean something to them birthdays, some special occasion etc. Then again not everyone checks past draws. For some players if they like a combination they just play it. 

 

 

It popped up from the machine 31-9-26-27-8. Very interesting that it popped up consecutive 26-27; but when you look at it you can understand why a double double consecutive could happen. Or even a triple double. You could easily see 31 being swapped for 7 so then you'd get 7-8-9-26-27 or the 31 swapped for a 28 to get 8-9-26-27-28. More to think about and factor in. The only thing this break down helps is making me more open and comfortable trying double doubles and triple doubles.

 

 

I am gonna try some double doubles tonight and tomorrow and Tuesday and Wednesday.

I like the sound the machine makes when you have a winner and the clerk runs it through the machine. I am gonna suggest to the lottery to update the app so it makes the same winner sound, that the retail machines make if you're a winner. And the regular current Beep for a non winning ticket. 

 

 

Hmm, come to think of it, I'm gonna capture the sound and use it as a notification alert for certain things.

This whole time I never knew F5 tickets could be cancelled/canceled. In the past, whenever a mistake was made, clerks would tell me it can't be voided. They don't*** try to force me to buy it but I always buy the mistake anyway because your brain automatically thinks "what if this was the universe trying to help you win" obviously I've never won with a mistake before.

 

 

Anyways, I handed her the slip and she did something wrong because the total I saw on the screen was wrong. So she ran the tickets back through the machine and I see cancelled/canceled pop up on the machine.

 

 

Now that I know they can be voided I'm in a pickle because if mistakes happen again what do I do? If the mistake stays within my budget I'll buy it/them. Everything happens for a reason.

 

 

*** I will say though, one time I had gotten three numbers so I decided to just buy more tickets with the winnings since the prize amount was less than $15. I made sure to tell the clerk that I am paying with the winnings. However, the clerk ran the bet slip first so the numbers printed. He then ran the winning ticket but it wasn't registering. He gave it back to me and I scanned it with the app and showed him the winnings. He took it back and it still wouldn't process. So then the manager started to yell at me that I have to pay for the ticket. I said I'm paying with the winnings. It's not my fault the machine isn't processing it. I could have just paid out of pocket but I didn't appreciate his uncalled for attitude. The fact that he had gotten so heated reinforced to me that tickets can't be voided but come to find out that they can be so I don't know what that was all about. 

 

 

But also, being the manager, I'm not sure why he didn't just type the ticket code into the machine. Sometimes a ticket doesn't register when they filter it through the machine and the clerk would just type in the ticket code and then I hear the winner sound. So there was no need for him to come at me like that!

I caught the 27-36 midday. My QP was 2-05-07-27-36 and the winning combination was 3-15-17-27-36.

 

 

Looking at the winning numbers and my QP it makes me think about trying another method. I've been doing one number up/downs but if I had one number upped my 2 and then swapped the zeroes for a 1, I'd have shared the 60K. 

 

 

I am gonna stick to my altering QPs method for the rest of the month. And every zero I'll change to a 1 or a 2 or a 3 or a combination of all of them, if I don't like the single digits the machine gives me. Losing all these years sucks but this game in general is fun, thinking about ways to try and crack it. 

 

 

Although it would be hilarious if I am fortunate to win one day and it comes from a quick pick instead of all the many different ways I've been experimenting. Which would prove yet again that none of that matters. It's all about timing and luck. Because even if my one number up/down method worked it would still boil down to luck; because it's a gamble on which numbers to keep and which ones to one up/down. And now which zereos to change to 1,2 or 3.

 

 

So at the end of the day if it's meant to be for you it shall be for you. Most wins do come from QPs anyways. But I like the idea of taking my destiny into my own hands by trying different tactics. I obviously would not care though if it ended up being a QP that makes my fantasy a reality. 

 

 

I wonder how that lucky midday winner felt scanning their ticket and seeing $60,133.80 pop up on the screen. Although not everyone is a scanner. Some people like to watch the draw. Others wait for the next day and check it online. I think if you get midday tickets you're checking them soon after the draw. 

 

 

I'm a scanner. I wanna see that prize number pop up in all it's beautiful glory. It's funny though because I'd scan but still check the online results just to confirm no mistakes were made. But I still always scan first. I actually scan right after the draw because I like getting that error message, as it means that I won something, even though it's mostly a Free Ticket whenever I do get the error message. But one day the error could be the jackpot. And that's why we play.

Ofcourse noone won midday. You have to be really brave to attempt a double double consecutive. It would be hilarious though if a QP had spit out the double double but didn't get the 11

 

Lots of people got four numbers midday because it's easier to do one double consecutive. I do like 20-21, that's the double I'd have done. I have tripled it before 20-21-22.

 

 

I'm gonna do a double consecutive tonight. I've been liking 13-14 and 18-19.

I just got the idea to rearrange all the numbers in my LP member number to make a Fantasy 5 combination. It worked out perfectly. Three low two high looks like a decent spread. I'm gonna start playing it regularly and see what happens. Or one number up/down them from time to time.

As I was typing this tonight's draw posted and it was 7-8-10-17-21. How crazy is that smh had I played my member number tonight and quadruple numbered up I'd have gotten four numbers again. Although to be fair, I never would have changed four numbers. The most I've changed was three numbers from a QP so I wouldn't have won anyways. But it's still trippy that I just got the idea to use my member number and a quad one number up played. It's like the universe keeps messing with me...or the universe is teaching me...nah it is messing with me.

Just for fun I'm gonna get one of these ball machine pens. They can be customised to add the amount of balls you want and the length of the drop tube to limit how many balls are selected.

 

My favorite game is Fantasy 5 so I'm gonna get 36 balls and play whatever numbers roll down. Or one number up/down them. At this point why not try something silly and different because nothing else has been working. Well one number up/down has been working to an extent but I still need the numbers to one number up/down and that's where the pen comes in.

When you think about it Powerball is so insane anyways. There are 292, 201,338 million possibilities and you're supposed to have the one combination that pops up? This game is pure LUCK. But someone has to win right. So why not you. It's fun to dream. Hmmm the official slogan is, it's good fun; but losing ain't fun. It's fun to dream could be a lottery slogan. Though some dreams can be nightmares. I had my own nightmare recently not going with 11-12 lol

 

 

I'm wondering if they could rework the game to do a triple play built into the game. Maybe raise it to $3 and get three tries at a jackpot? The double play top prize is 10 million so the third try could be 3 million? Or something million.

I am gonna submit a suggestion to the lottery. Instead of an automatic Free Ticket the lottery could consider giving players the option of a Free Ticket or a Free Play. Free Play would be allowing the player to pick their own numbers.

 

The validation receipt says "1 FREE PLAY" but it's really a machine Free Ticket.

 

I'm thinking maybe reprogram the machines and change the bet slips so the player can mark if they want a machine Free Ticket or a Free Play. And if they leave it blank it defaults to the machine Free Ticket.

 

And when you scan your ticket, it says "Congratulations! 1 Free Play" if that's what you selected on the bet slip.

July 7th evening F5 draw is a triple one number up and a repeat number from the July 6th evening F5 draw. Two people won. I wonder if both winners triple one number upped or if both of them were QPs. I am curious if they picked their own numbers. I hope they picked those numbers themselves or even one of them did. If both of them were QPs then it would also be interesting that two machines spit out a triple one number up from the previous evening's draw and a repeat number. 

 

 

Once again this just shows that anything is possible. Most people would not do a triple one number up from the previous draw because it's so unlikely but two people won a juicy 53K with it. 

 

 

By itself 6-9-12-22-35 looks like a good spread it's just that it came right after 5-8-11-12-22.

Jackpot Triple Play is kicking my ****

I am sure the other 15,612 players who "won" a dollar tonight would not mind one bit if the jackpot trickled down more. Then again like I said the other day, this game seems more focused on the combo aspect than the main jackpot. I just don't understand how a dollar makes sense for three numbers. Why even have a 3/6 category? Just get rid of it and add the 15K to the 4/6 tier because $21 for four numbers isn't quite commensurate. 

 

 

I was stunned, I scanned it multiple times to be sure, because I've been at it for so many years and never been able to get four numbers. Only recently I've been getting three numbers on occasion. Before I finally got three numbers, it was free tickets galore. And I was appreciative of the free tickets because they are another chance to win. And lots of winners have come from free tickets. I wish there was an option to change your screen name even one time because it was only after I signed up that I realised FREETICKET876 would have been the better choice since that more accurately reflects my lottery journey. Fantasy 5 is my favorite game that's why I went with Fantasy876. 

 

 

So when I scanned and got the error message I knew I'd won something but didn't get excited because I'm conditioned to expect it to be a Free Ticket. But then it popped up.

I used to wonder who are all these people getting four numbers every draw and what was the secret to four numbers. Well now that I am an official member of the four number club, I can report that there is absolutely no secret whatsoever. At least none that I'm aware. When it's your time it's just your time. Some people (like myself) just have to wait alot longer than other people. The lesson is perseverance. I just really like this game so I said I am never gonna give up on it. All I can really say is that I've been experimenting with something. I'll get a QP and I'll change either two or three of the numbers to one number up or down. In this particular case I changed two numbers and ended up making the four. So the original QP got me three numbers and if I didn't do the experiment, I'd have been posting about getting three numbers instead.

 

 

It hurts SO BAD that I could have won the jackpot but how could I think 11-12 would repeat since it just played last night. My QP had 11-12 so I changed it to 11-13 because I told myself I have to get comfortable with the number 13. That's something I've been noticing too though. I'd get QPs and they'd be very close to the numbers that played the draw before. The other day I got a four repeat numbers from the prior draw on a QP. And even though it's possible, it's unlikely so many repeat numbers will occur. So it's like the machines are purposely sabotaging me. Another reason why I started doing my own numbers. 

 

 

11-13-14-30-36, it does NOT  get closer than that. I could SCREAM. I can't even say the lesson is trust your gut because my gut told me to try 13. 

 

 

I'm not giving them back all of it. I will treat myself to something and then reinvest what's left back into the game; because as grateful as I am to finally get four numbers, obviously the hope and the fantasy is to actually win the jackpot by getting all five numbers.

 

 

51,297 players "won" a free ticket tonight. I was one of them. I got 8 and 22.

 

Four low numbers and 22 played. I thought about doing low numbers tonight but I would not have won anyways. The low number options I wrote down were:

I opted for an even spread tonight. So what is the lesson? Do a mix of all low numbers and all high numbers and even spreads per draw? Cover all your bases? I guess; but I've started experimenting with one number ups/downs from QPs, so I'll do that for a few more draws and then try other tactics if I don't win.
