One number up/down would not have done anything midday for me. Double consecutive-ing the 28 would have gotten me three numbers.

They gonna be first in line tomorrow morning lol. It would be cool if some of the Fantasy 5 winners ended up at the same district office at the same time and then talk about how long they been playing and what strategies they used, if they have won multiple times. There should be a Fantasy 5 winners club

Double play is a nice initiative from the lottery. The odds to win the actual lotto is so crazy that a second chance is very much welcomed. I wouldn't even mind another $1 for a third chance

 

 

I got three numbers in the double play second chance last night. I'm thinking they could increase the payout for three numbers. Three numbers is hard. Triple play is much worse though. Both games should increase their payouts. 

 

 

The top prize for double play is set at 250K. Could you imagine scanning your ticket and seeing:

I had 1 and 8. One number up/down wouldn't have helped me midday today. 

>23K players won a free ticket midday. So many people are trying to make their fantasy a reality. Thousands more played and didn't win anything this time around but they will try again tonight and tomorrow and forever and a day. 

 

They should edit that off. Just tell me if I am a winner, not sure why they pose that question. You scan to find out if you are a winner so I don't understand that message. 

 

I don't like 13. I really thought about it last night but I went with 11 instead. I'd have gotten four numbers instead of the three numbers had I went with my experimental instinct with 13.

 

 

I have to get over my 13 hang up especially since it has been playing regularly. It really is just another number so obviously it can be played just like every other number.

 

 

Someone won the 4th of the July jackpot and funnily enough, the jackpot was 113K and four numbers was $113 so it's a sign to get over it lol

I did a one number up and one number down switch on a QP and it got me three numbers on the 4th of July. If I didn't do that I'd not have gotten anything. So at least that's something. I just have to not get frustrated and keep experimenting. If it's meant to be for me it shall be. I'll never give up. This is my favorite game regardless of losing losing losing for years. 

 

First of all, congrats to that one lucky winner of 119K. What a way to kick off the 4th of July celebration. I know they are over the moon. Will they keep their win a secret during the weekend celebrations, a big secret to keep lol

 

 

It will be interesting to find out if this was a QP or if they actually picked those numbers. I'm rooting for it to be their own selection. Because that would have been brave. I am so uncomfortable at the thought of marking three consecutive numbers because it just seems so unlikely. I can barely do back to back numbers though I'm getting better at it. But even if it is a QP that's still something to work with because it shows that triple consecutives need to factor into my decision making. 

 

 

Then again what decision making? At the end of the day Fantasy 5 is just LUCK LUCK LUCK. There are so many strategies to try but only one five number combination can be drawn. So you have to be lucky that the strategy you chose for that particular draw ends up playing. Not to mention you also have to obviously pick the right numbers to plug into the strategy. It's just too much, overwhelming. 

 

What is going on

Last night four people won and just now midday another four won. Midday isn't the most ideal time for multiple winners because the jackpot is much smaller but 15K is nothing to sneeze at; Bless You. 

 

7-11-13-21-26 is a decent spread. I'd guess QPs were involved but it would be interesting seeing how many of the four picked those numbers or if all four were QPs. Four machines across the state spitting out the winner would be very interesting and hopeful.

 

 

I don't like 13 but I've started playing it. I just got one ticket. I chose my own numbers. I didn't do the one number up/down experiment today but even if I did I'd probably have just gotten a free ticket changing 22 to 21

 

Single digits, twelve and under are doing it recently. FOUR people won last night and ALL of them picked 1-4-5-10-23. Usually when multiple people win there is at least one QP. I like this though because it means people are really thinking out there, really trying to win and really being bold with their selections. All four of them realized that the ball machine has a craving for singles and low numbers and consecutive numbers and repeat numbers lately. There are so many calculations involved with trying to crack this game.

 

Congrats to those lucky FOUR. Although obviously it wasn't all luck. Sometimes you have to make your own luck. If they got QPs they would not have won. They took matters into their own hands and their fantasy came true. I am so truly happy for them. 

 

 

If I ever win, I obviously won't care if it came from a QP or from my own numbers but I kinda want it to be from my own selection. Even better if it happened from a one number up/down strategy since I have lost out on a few jackpots from one number up or down. 

 

 

The Fantastic Foursome might be a tiny bit disappointed that they have to split the pot four ways, especially with that type of combination. But who can be mad at waking up to 28K? I would have been happy being the 5th winner. I just wanna win this game after all these years. I don't care if I have to share the jackpot. I just want that feeling.

How can three numbers net a whopping $1? The game should be restructured. 

 

3/46 numbers isn't easy. The focus seems to be more on the combo play than the actual main jackpot game. Even four numbers is always low $20s. They should rename it Jackpot Combo Play. 

 

I'd have gotten four numbers (123.50) midday if I had 26 instead of 27 and 29 instead of 28. I had 3-27-28-31-34. I just realised also that if I halved the 34 I'd have split the jackpot with the addition of the two numbers up one. So maybe that's another strategy too, get rid of an even high number and half it. 

 

One lucky person $60,531.53; I am curious if it was a QP

 

So what is the lesson? I already know the lesson. Losing due to one number up or one number down has happened to me so many times not to know the lesson. The problem with the lesson is you can't really learn from it because at the end of the day it's still a gamble; because you don't know which numbers to one up or one down or up one twice or down one twice.

 

I guess what I could experiment with is get a QP and then buy five more plays altering the QP numbers in varying forms of one number up and down. And then another day I choose my own numbers and one up or down five extra plays.

 

The journey to fantasy continues

The lottery should only give stores that sign if the store sold a scratch off or if the win came from a QP. 

 

Alot of stores get them from pick 3 - 5 games but people are actually playing their own numbers so the store has nothing to do with the win. The players could have easily gone to another retailer with their own numbers to play. It's misleading when it's not QPs.

376,992 possible five number combinations and almost every day someone wins. It could have been called Lucky 5 instead of Fantasy 5 because you really gotta be lucky that you have the winning combination out of all possible options. 

 

Fantasy 5 works too though because it's such a long shot that it really is a fantasy come true when you win. I can't imagine what the feeling must be when those winners check their tickets or scan them and see $six or $five digits pop up on the screen, congratulations you are a winner.

 

As frustrating as losing has been over the many years, I shan't give up on the fantasy of winning.

Sigh, I don't know how to navigate this game. Now I have to factor in repeat (5/27) numbers, one number up and one number down (12=13/22=23) along with flip numbers (23=32)

 

You don't really see such a close combination repeat so fast. It's so frustrating. Obviously noone won because it's not normal. Why would those same numbers play back the very next day. Actually the latest few drawings have been quite abnormal. Triple 7?

 

Sometimes I feel like giving up trying to figure F5 out and just play one QP a day and whatever happens happens. QPs are what win mostly anyways. You'll go crazy trying different strategies to no avail. 

 

I think I might try one last experiment
