"There's no context where this is acceptable."

“This should be deleted immediately,”  wrote  Sean Feucht, a Christian performer and activist who is partnering with the Trump administration for a series of worship events tied to the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. “There’s no context where this is acceptable.”

A nation cannot be united if different groups have different basic rights...

Putting birthright citizenship in the Constitution meant:

         No state could override it

No future Congress could undo it

No court could reinterpret it away

It became a locked-in guarantee.

The U.S. needed:

A way to prevent states from creating secondclass populations

The World knows

The Black Tudors (1485–1603)

John Blanke — Royal Musician to Henry VII & Henry VIII (1500s)

African Muslim Rulers of Iberia (711–1492)

John “the Moor” — Chamberlain to Emperor Frederick II (13th Century)

Septimius Severus — Roman Emperor (193–211 CE)

Saint Augustine of Hippo was African, with African family roots, and almost certainly had indigenous North African (Berber) ancestry through his mother. Augustinian monks are named after Saint Augustine of Hippo because they follow his Rule and spiritual tradition. He is the direct inspiration and namesake of the Augustinian Canons, Augustinian Hermits, and all branches of the Augustinian family

The U.S. Constitution once considered Black people were

         Property

         Noncitizens

         People without rights

A population used to boost the power of slave states

A 250-year celebration meant to honor

The U.S. was founded on principles stated in 1776:

         All people are created equal

         Human rights are universal

Freedom from oppression is a core value

Voting against a U.N. resolution that labels the transatlantic slave trade as the gravest crime against humanity appears to contradict those ideals — especially during a 250year celebration meant to honor them.

You, don't want to be like Fred..Remember Fred is, DEAD..

We're all built up with progress

But sometimes I must confess

We can deal with rockets and dreams

But reality, what does it mean

Ain't nothing said

Cause Freddie's dead

His mother, Cheryl Simmons, said aviation had always been one of his greatest passions. Once he started working inside the aircraft as a boom operator, he immediately knew he had found the career he wanted. She remembered him saying that he planned to stay in that role until retirement and then eventually move on to flying commercial planes.

Reality?

Heh… that’s the part they skip

And every time the truth shows up,

folks get quiet—

real quiet—

like they just remembered Freddie,

and why his story still hits like a brick in a sock.”

Why can't we brothers

Protect one another

No one's serious

And it makes me furious

Don't be misled

Just think of Fred

"Thank You, Trump — Even the UN Can't Believe This Is the World Now"

UN rights expert warns world has entered ‘new dark age of abuses’

UN special rapporteur Ben Saul has said a “new dark age of abuses” has “excused naked aggression and renewed imperialism against Iran and Venezuela, raining death and violating the right to life and making the world less safe”.
