This chart right here indicate doubles; 00,11,22,33,44,55,66,77,88,99. This is for All States pick 3 evening play. So the numbers on top in blue box represents that, 1 = 11, 2 = 22 and so on. The total are under each number.

I've been monitoring this for quite sometime. Would like to share with you all states pick 3 players to look at this for potiential investment to make some money. Ok, check this out. Number 8 which represent 88 is quite consistent in term of money making double. There are few ways to play this. Daily, or after a blackout (no numbers were drawn for the day).

When playing the double 88 you would need to combined it with one of the following number; 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9 which makes a total of 9 numbers.

9 x $0.25 x 32 states (not counting canada and IL, and NH) = $72 for box hit.

For straight it will be 9 x 3 (straight combos within one number; 881,818,188) x $0.25 x 32 = $216 for straight hit.

From looking at the chart 1 indicate that there were 1 double of 88 showed up, for box that pays $75, and for straight it pays $225. The only way you lose money is hitting a blackout (days with zero hit). So, this is how to play to make mad money.

I am playing after a blackout days, on straight plays. Looking at the chart you can see that there are no consecutive blackout days. So, to be on the safe making money side only play the day that is after a blackout day, then stop and wait till there is a blackout again and play for the next day. If doing so on straight play you can make so much. Looking at the chart for real results.

Nov 17th there was a blackout, so I played on Nov 18th and made $234, because there were 2 straight hits that's 2 x $225 = $450, then minus the cost to play $216 leaving with $234 profit on that day. Even if there is a 1 hit, you don't lose money,  you only made $9. But when using this method throughout you are actually waiting for the day after a blackout to have more than 1 hits for mad profits. Only set 88 gives you this, the other have consecutive blackout days so it is quite dangerous on other sets with this method.

Another real example is on the Dec 19th there was a blackout day, so I played on Dec 20th and got 3 straight hits. That's $459 profit. 3 straights x $225/ea = $675 - $216 cost to play = $459 profit!

Now, if you are playing it daily for box or straight the blackday will be hard to aviod, but then again you would be winning a lot before it comes and when it does the blackout day does not hang around too long.

So, I am waiting for the blackout day to come, it is coming. Once it does I will bet for straight play for the next day draw and hit it big. I might play daily after hitting few big ones after the blackout days. In the mean time I am tracking this becaues it shows good profits playing after the blackout days method, a sure safe bet that you win some or a lot.

$2 self-pick, and $1 quick pick.

Real test to see which pays more. On 1/6/09 I purchased $3 worth of Mega Million. $2 of those are personal picks (based on my research), and $1 is quick pick.

In this event the quick pick got the mega ball, which is #30!

1/3 of the purchase will be quick pick, just because there have been a lot of winners with quick picks over personal picks. So, playing quick pick will give me a chance :D

The test will continue for other games as well, including Win For Life, and Fantasy 5. Will be posting them up if any of the ticket got a hit either with personal or quick picks.

For now, starting fresh, it is 1 for quick pick and 0 for personal picks!

Seems like group ABC is kick it well for the last 10 draws.

A: numbers from 1 - 14.

B: 25 - 28

C: 29 - 42

and of course Mega Ball group C: 24 - 35

This will most likely be active group for at least two more weeks, then it will change. Before it change to another groups there will be an extreme odd case of appearance of number groups, like "BD" on dec 15th. That was the indication of a new change, which came on with ABC. Look for a new crazy group to show up, AB/AC/AD/BC/BD/CD or 2 - 3 consecutive ABCD to show up then there will be a new set of numbers to lock onto.

As far as the Mega Ball goes, look for group D: 36 - 46 to be active the rest of this and next week, then it will kick to group A and B, and back to D again.

Pick 3 we are focusing on HHL (two high one low) combo. The two high combos are: made up of 5,6,7,8,9

I divide them into two groups; 0 and 1.

0 = consecutive, 1  a skip.

0 = 56,67,78,89

1 = 57,68,79

That made up of 7 numbers when combined with one of the following number; 0,1,2,3,4 (the low numbers) to complete HHL.

I've been tracking the 0 & 1 with low numbers to see which shows up more within HHL combo. These are the results:

So,as you can see for low numbers number 0 & 4 hits the most withinthe duration of the observation. Taking one of the top two low numbercombined it with 0 or 1 or 0 & 1 combo of high numbers.

If combined 1 hot low number with 0 high combo it will give us: 1 in 4 chance for box, while straight gives 1 in 24 chance.

If combined 1 hot low number with 1 high combo it will give us: 1 in 3 chance for box, while straight gives 1 in 18 chance.

Combined 1 hot low number with 0 & 1 will give 1 in 7 chance for box, while straight 1 in 42 chance.

This is with one number play for all states.

Thebest method to play is to focus on one of the hot low number, that isnumber 0, and "0" (56,67,78,89) combo high numbers. Looking back to seewhich have not hit or has the lease of hits within these numbers056,067,078,089 and play it box or straight. It cost $8 for straight orbox play. I would just go for straight hit.

Pick 4 cost willbe $7 playing 1 number (single box) for $93.75 with a dead on 1 in 28chance. For straight it's 1 in 336, which pays $2,250. Box hit usingthe two already given numbers, using the date. Today is Jan 06, 09 weare using 06 as our starting numbers. Now, we focus on getting theother two. Right now I don't have a method to narrow down which two,but same goes for pick 4 like pick 3 we are focusing on HHLL for pick4. Since the given numbers for today is 06, that's LH, now we need tofind one low and one high to complete HHLL. If I were to play pick 4this way I would just go for box hit. Once after few box winning then Ican go for straight hit.

That's pretty much the current research.This is the low cost high pay method for all states. My other high costhigh pay is being cold at the moment, so I need a different play allowlesser investment. :)

Recently I realized that if we guessed 1 number for all states to win at least 80% of the time we would be champions. It is easy to win with bunch of numbers. But if our system is good we will only need one number from it and put that up with all states. One number for 30+ chances when playing for All States. Now, with individual state is tricky, slower because we have to wait 7 days to get 7 results, while all states we wait 1 day to get 35 results.

I am going to start playing with just 1 number straight and see if I can do it with one master key, different one key daily.

The chart here are HHL numbers from All States Pick 3 Evening results.

2 high numbers combined with 0,1,2,3,4 to make 2 high and 1 low (HHL).

From the begining of December 67 and 68 had many hits, then it got cold towards the end while 57 and 89 gets consecutive hits. 58, 67, 69 have the most hits within December.

When looking at this, each high pair are grouped with five numbers;0,1,2,3,4 so really each day we have 1 in 5 to win if bet for allstates on a number. In this case we go for hot ones, from tracking itsmovement we can see it going from hot to cold, and vice versa.

56 + 0/1/2/3/4

57 + 0/1/2/3/4

58 + 0/1/2/3/4

59 + 0/1/2/3/4

67 + 0/1/2/3/4

68 + 0/1/2/3/4

69 + 0/1/2/3/4

78 + 0/1/2/3/4

79 + 0/1/2/3/4

89 + 0/1/2/3/4

Choosing one set from the hot high pairs and pick one number withinthe available five. Another way to filter the five is take out theprevious day number should narrow it down to 3 - 4. The lowest odd is 1in 3. If a day that has 0 hit on a choosen pair, that's instant lost.Otherwise we have 1 in 5 chance to win.

One may look at 1 high and 2 low numbers (HLL) and compile the samedata, however I find that over the back tracking 2 high and 1 low (HHL)always have more hits within a month.

Although this is a general observation not much can be made from it,since it is yet a solid finding to place money on. Would need acombination of math or steps to get new master key, daily. This methodhas to be at least 80% - 85% successful in order to make profit on onenumber, which ever it generate.

Now, going to look at pick 4.

For those of you who are in GA and are playing one or all of the jackpot games; Fantasy 5, Mega Million, and Win For Life you are in luck! I am sharing you my excel sheet that track and observe the results, breaking it down for filtering with your own sytem/method.

These are easy to see. You can duplicate the process after each result.

All the sheets for 3 games share the same layout structure.

-Date

-Number Group

 - ABCD (all the numbers)

 - ABC

 - ABD

 - ACD

 - etc...

each letter represents a set of numbers:

A: 1- 9

B: 9 - 19

C: 20 - 29

D: 30 - 39

these number groups are for Fantasy 5. Mega Million and Win For Life will have their own set within each letter.

Then you have the result itself. Within the result the red bold number(s) are repeated numbers from the previous result.

- Repeated number(s)

- Consecutive numbers: example, 12,13 or 14,15 etc...

- SUM. The purple sum numbers are more than 100 for Fantasy 5. 140 for Win For Life and Mega Million.

- Low/High numbers within one result.

- Even/Odd numbers within one result.

- For Win For Life and Mega Million there is an extra section dealing with the Free Ball and the Mega Ball. Just to identify where it has been and the group it belongs to.

 

Using this sheet can help you observe the results behaviors/patterns. Look for the common dinominator, and what's due. With the combined filtering of certain sum, repeated numbers (if there's any), consecutive numbers, low/high, and even/odd will allow you to get closer to the jackpot!

I've been playing QP for Mega Millions and Fantasy 5 for GA, $3 a pop. I've been getting more hits from it than I do with my own numbers.

The thing I noticed is we can track the history and the combinations from all those numbers, and its pattern. Sure, they work if we stick to the highest percetage of a set, however something about QP lets random vs random. I am in the stage where I play less, and hope to win more while spending time working on a system for a smaller game. Still tracking the large ones however it would take 1 - 2 hours just to pick my numbers. Quick Picks saves me time and allow a chance at a jackpot when I don't really know what will come up next.

I will continue to play QP for less while testing on the unfinished methods for the big games.

So far, there are lots of methods/ways for pick 3 and pick 4. I will release them once they are ready. Until then, all you need is a chance.

Currently working on pick 4 doubles system. So far it is looking really good...
