There are many ways to go about snatching a win with pick 3 or pick 4.

It takes lots of time and concentration.

Easiest State to make profits for me are GA, MD

However, I can no longer play MD.. don't have the sources there..

I can play GA with a phone call...

I got my order last Thursday.

So far I have been amazed at the quality of the food.  The plan is really great.  I still cannot eat all the recommend servings in a day. 

Jeans are beginning to loosen up... Good progress and it hasn't been a week now.

I am up to  60 ounces of water a day..

The food....

I had blueberry muffins and yogurt for breakfast this morning.  The muffins were terrific.  (Much better than than the sausage and biscuits from McDonald's.)
