Benghazi-gate: Who gave the order to stand down?

                 Who gave the order to stand down?  The answer is elementary.  Only one person can change a presidential decision from doing whatever is necessary to save the U.S. ambassador to Libya and three others to standing down, and that person is the president himself.  Therefore, everyone should stop playing these political games, jawboning about it, and start impeachment proceedings—so at least the truth will come out in televised testimony.  This governmental corruption has gone on too long in our country that should be “of laws rather than of men.”  I use “men” here in the generic sense where it also includes corrupt women.

This “black” lawless imbalance has gone on too long in this once great country.  The pendulum must start swinging back towards equality of all people.  The Republican Party, the Democrat Party, and the errant media/press are derelict in their duties to sustain law and order in the United States.  The U.S. House of Representatives should have replaced Speaker John Boehner in January 2013 so we could have made a move to remove our errant, ineligible POTUS!

The only present-day, true, 110% patriot = Tony Caputo in a nutshell: “In the beginning of a change, the patriot is a scarce man—brave, hated, and scorned.  When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot.” ~ Mark Twain.  Tony Caputo is the patriot from Florida. ~ Ed.

Tony, with all of the, as Lenin called them, “useful idiots” that hate and scorn you for what you have known and preached for all of these years, please know that there are a few others out there who know exactly what you mean, for they have also preached it for years.  Hate and scorn from derisive, corrupt people come with the territory of being a true patriot.  I saw a recent special on Fox News that showed how close our new nation, founded on revolution, came to almost being squelched out.  However, it was General George Washington and his brave troops, after crossing the Delaware River on a freezing Christmas night, which defeated the British mercenaries (the Hessians) in the pivotal battle of Trenton.  That battle proved to be the decisive turning point of the Revolutionary War and the survival of our new nation, which was on life support at the time.  The United States of America today is at a similar moment in its history.

Shocking Numbers That Show The Media Is Lying To You About Unemployment In America

                               Did you know that the percentage of the U.S. labor force that is employed has continually been falling since 2006 according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics?  Did you know that the increase in the number of Americans "not in the labor force" during Barack Obama's first four years in the White House was more than three times greater than the increase in the number of Americans "not in the labor force" during the entire decade of the 1980s?  The mainstream media would have us believe that 157,000 jobs were added to the U.S. economy in January.  Based on that news, the Dow broke the 14,000 barrier for the first time since October 2007.  But if you actually look at the "non-seasonally adjusted" numbers, the number of Americans with a job actually decreased by 1,446,000 between December and January.  But nowhere in the mainstream media did you hear that the U.S. economy lost more than 1.4 million jobs between December and January.  It is amazing the things that you can find out when you actually take the time to look at the hard numbers instead of just listening to the media spin.  Back in 2007, more than 146 million Americans were employed.  Today, only 141.6 million Americans are employed even though our population has grown steadily since then.  When the government and the media tell you that we are in a "recovery" and that unemployment is lower than it was a couple of years ago, I encourage you to dig deeper.  The truth is that even the government's own numbers tell us that the percentage of the U.S. labor force that is employed continues to fall and that the U.S. economy is heading into a recession.  The Obama administration and the media have been lying to you about unemployment and about the true condition of our economy.  After you see the numbers that I have compiled in this article, I think that you will agree with me.

First of all, let's take a look at the percentage of the civilian labor force that has been employed over the past several years.  These numbers come directly from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.  As you can see, this is a number that has been steadily falling since 2006...

2006: 63.1

2007: 63.0

2008: 62.2

2009: 59.3

2010: 58.5

2011: 58.4

In January, only 57.9 percent of the civilian labor force was employed.

Do the numbers above represent a positive trend or a negative trend?

Even a 2nd grader could answer that question.

So how in the world can the Obama administration and the mainstream media claim that the employment picture is getting better and that we are in a "recovery"?

But most Americans believe what they are told.  It is almost as if we are in some kind of a "matrix" where reality is defined by the corporate-controlled propaganda that is relentlessly pumped into our brains.

The only way that the government has been able to show a declining unemployment rate is by dumping massive numbers of Americans into the "not in the labor force" category.

Just check out how the number of Americans "not in the labor force" has absolutely skyrocketed in recent years...

2006: 77,387,000

2007: 78,743,000

2008: 79,501,000

2009: 81,659,000

2010: 83,941,000

2011: 86,001,000

In January, there were supposedly 89,868,000 Americans that were at least 16 years of age that were not in the labor force.

That number has risen by more than 8 million since Barack Obama first entered the White House, and that is highly unusual, because the number of Americans "not in the labor force" only increased by 2,518,000 during the entire decade of the 1980s.

You sure can get the numbers to look more "favorable" if you pretend that millions upon millions of American workers simply "don't want a job" any longer.  The truth is that if the labor force participation rate was at the same level it was at when Barack Obama was first elected, the official unemployment rate would be well above 10 percent.

But that wouldn't do at all, would it?  7.9 percent sounds so much nicer.

And of course even if you do have a job that does not mean that you are doing okay.

If you can believe it, in America today 41 percent of all workers make $20,000 a year or less.

To me, that is a mind blowing statistic.  It would be incredibly challenging for anyone to live on $20,000 a year, much less try to support a family.

If you live in Washington D.C. or New York City and you have a "good job" working for the establishment, you may not realize it, but there are tens of millions of American families that are really hurting out there.  According to the U.S. Census Bureau, more than 146 million Americans are either "poor" or "low income" at this point, and most of those people actually do have jobs.

If something is not done, the middle class will continue to disappear and poverty in America will continue to explode.

In a previous article, I noted that during Obama's first term, the number of Americans on food stamps increased by an average of about 11,000 per day.

How bad do things have to get before people realize that we are living through a nightmare?

Sadly, most Americans still have faith in the system.

Most Americans are still convinced that our politicians will somehow find a way to turn things around.

Most Americans will gather around their television sets this weekend and watch the Super Bowl and laugh at all the funny commercials without even thinking about how America is literally falling apart all around them.

But there is one group of Americans that is acutely aware of how bad things have really gotten.  Small businesses have traditionally been the primary engine of job growth in this country, but right now small business owners all over the nation are facing a tremendous crisis.

Millions of small businesses are on the verge of extinction, and yet our politicians just continue to pile on more taxes, more rules and more regulations.

A recent Gallup poll found that 61 percent of all small business owners in America are "worried about the potential cost of healthcare", and that an astounding 30 percent of all small business owners in America are not hiring and fear that they will go out of business within the next 12 months.

In a previous article entitled "We Are Witnessing The Death Of Small Business In America", I detailed how small businesses in America are being systematically wiped out.  Small businesses are dying all around us, and the number of new small businesses continues to decline.

According to economist Tim Kane, the following is how the decline in the number of startup jobs per one thousand Americans breaks down by presidential administration...

Bush Sr.: 11.3

Clinton: 11.2

Bush Jr.: 10.8

Obama: 7.8

Is that a good trend or a bad trend?

All of this is so simple that even the family pet should be able to figure it out, and yet most Americans seem oblivious to all of this.  They just keep gobbling up the mainstream media propaganda and they just continue to go out and wildly spend money.

It is almost as if we didn't learn any lessons from 2008.

Even while household spending in Europe has moderated, household spending in the United States continues to soar.  Just check out the chart in this article.

And guess what?  The infamous "no money down mortgages" are back.  If we wait long enough, perhaps "interest only mortgages" will make a comeback as well.

Unfortunately, I am afraid that time is running out.  we have been living in the biggest debt bubble in the history of the world, and it is only a matter of time until it bursts.

2008 was just a "hiccup" compared to what is coming.  Our politicians and the Federal Reserve were able to keep the house of cards from completely crashing down back then, but they are not going to be able to avert the economic horror show that is rapidly approaching.

I hope that you are getting prepared.  Back in 2008, millions of Americans suddenly lost their jobs, and because many of them did not have any savings, many of them suddenly lost their homes.  One of the most important things that you can do to prepare for the coming crisis is to build up an emergency fund.  If things suddenly go bad, you don't want to lose your house and everything that you have always worked for.

In addition, anything that you can do to become more self-sufficient and more independent of the system is a good thing, because the system is failing.  The years ahead are going to be much more chaotic than what we are experiencing right now, and when the next crisis strikes you will be very thankful for the time and the energy that you put into preparing.

15 Signs That You Better Get Prepared For The Obama Recession Of 2013

          You better get ready, because there are a whole host of signs that economic trouble is on the horizon.  U.S. economic growth slipped into negative territory during the fourth quarter of 2012.  That was the first time that has happened in more than three years.  Several important measures of manufacturing activity have also contracted in recent weeks, and consumer confidence is way down.  There is a tremendous amount of economic pessimism in the air right now, and Americans are pulling enormous amounts of money out of our banks and they are buying up precious metals at unprecedented rates.  Meanwhile, our "leaders" seem very confused about what is happening.  For example, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid continues to insist that we are "in a recovery", and some other Democrats are calling the latest GDP numbers "the best-looking contraction in U.S. GDP you'll ever see".  On the other hand, the Federal Reserve says that economic growth has "paused" in recent months, and therefore a continuation of their latest quantitative easing scheme is necessary.  Well, no matter how hard any of them try to spin the numbers, there is no way that they are going to get them to look good.  Despite four years of outrageous "stimulus" spending by the federal government, despite four years of record low interest rates, and despite four years of unprecedented money printing by the Federal Reserve, the U.S. economy continues to perform miserably.  Later this year the federal government will probably finally acknowledge that we have entered another recession, even though the truth is that if the federal government used honest numbers they would indicate that we are already in one.  In any event, nobody should have ever expected that our debt-fueled prosperity would last forever.  When the debt bubble that we have been living in completely bursts, a "recession" will be the least of our worries.

Hopefully this little stretch of false economic hope that we have been living in will last for a little while longer.  I don't think that too many people are very eager to repeat the horrible economic pain that we experienced back in 2008 and 2009.  Unfortunately, we never fully recovered from that last downturn and now the incredibly foolish decisions that our "leaders" continue to make have made another major economic downturn inevitable.

Personally, I would very much prefer for 2013 to be a year of peace and prosperity for America.  But at this point there appears to be a great deal of downward momentum for the economy.

The following are 15 signs that you better get prepared for the Obama recession of 2013...

#1 The mainstream media was absolutely shocked when it was announced that U.S. GDP actually contracted at an annual rate of 0.1 percent during the fourth quarter of 2012.  This was the first contraction that the official numbers have shown in more than three years.  But of course the truth is that the official numbers always make things appear better than they really are.  According to John Williams of shadowstats.com, U.S. GDP growth has actually been continuously negative all the way back to 2005 once you account "for distortions in government inflation usage and methodological changes that have resulted in a built-in upside bias to official reporting."

#2 For the entire year of 2012, official U.S. GDP growth was only about 1.5%.  According to Art Cashin, every time economic growth has fallen that low (below 2 percent annually) the U.S. economy has always ended up going into a recession.

#3 According to the Conference Board, consumer confidence in the United States has hit its lowest level in more than a year.

#4 For the week ending January 26th, initial claims for unemployment rose to 368,000.  In future weeks, watch to see if it goes above 400,000.  If we hit that level, that will be a sign of real trouble for the economy.

#5 During the first full week of January, an astounding $114 billion was pulled out of U.S. banks.  That is the largest amount that we have seen moved out of U.S. banks in one week since 2001.

#6 The U.S. Mint was on pace to sell more silver eagles during the first month of 2013 than it did during the entire year of 2007.  Why is so much silver being sold all of a sudden?

#7 The payroll tax hike that went into effect in January has reduced the paychecks of average American workers by about $100 a month.

#8 Several important measures of manufacturing activity along the east coast missed expectations by a huge margin in January.  The following summary is from a recent Zero Hedge article...

So much for the latest "recovery." While everyone continued to forget that in the New Normal markets do not reflect the underlying economy in the least, and that the all time highs in the Russell 2000 should indicate that the US economy has never been better, things in reality took a deep dive for the worse, at least according to the Empire State Fed, the Philly Fed, and now the Richmond Fed, all of which missed expectations by a huge margin, and are now deep in contraction territory. Moments ago, the Richmond Fed reported that the Manufacturing Index imploded from a 9 in November, 5 in December and missed expectations of a 5 print at -12: this was the biggest miss to expectations since September 2009.

#9 An astounding 33 percent of all "subprime student loans" are at least 90 days past due.  Back in 2007, that number was only at 24 percent.  Could this be evidence that the student loan debt bubble is beginning to burst?

#10 Time Inc. has just announced that it will be eliminating hundreds of jobs.

#11 Blockbuster recently announced that they are closing hundreds of stores and eliminating about 3,000 jobs.

#12 Toy maker Hasbro has announced that the size of their workforce will be reduced by about 10 percent.

#13 According to a new Pew Research study that was just released, one out of every seven adults in the United States is financially supporting their kids and their parents at the same time.  Pew Research is calling it "the Sandwich Generation".

#14 According to one recent Gallup poll, 65 percent of all Americans believe that 2013 will be a year of "economic difficulty", and 50 percent of all Americans believe that the "best days" of America are now behind us.

#15 According to a different Gallup poll, Americans are now more pessimistic about where the U.S. economy will be five years from now than Gallup has ever recorded before.

So what is Barack Obama doing about all of this?

Not much.

Actually, he is shutting down his much ballyhooed "Council on Jobs and Competitiveness".  It last convened more than a year ago on Jan. 17th, 2012, and apparently Obama does not feel that it is needed any longer.

Of course we all know that it was just a political stunt to begin with.

Sadly, the truth is that both parties have been leading us down a road toward economic oblivion.  The past four years under Obama have been absolutely nightmarish, and even though the Republicans have been in control of the House for the last couple of years they have done very little to even slow him down.

Yes, I tend to criticize Obama's economic policies a lot, and rightfully so, but neither political party is willing to tell the American people the truth.

40 years ago, the total amount of debt in the U.S. economic system was less than 2 trillion dollars.

Today, the total amount of debt in the U.S. economic system has grown to more than 55 trillion dollars.

It hasn't mattered which party has occupied the White House or which party has been in control of Congress.  The debt bubble that we have been living in has just continued to grow.

And all bubbles eventually pop.

The mainstream media is endlessly obsessed with the little fights that the Republicans and the Democrats are having, but they never talk about the bigger picture.

The prosperity that we are enjoying today is the result of the biggest debt binge in the history of the world.

We have stolen a giant mountain of money from our children and our grandchildren and we have destroyed their futures.

People can debate about whether the next "recession" has already started or not, but the truth is that what we are experiencing now is nothing compared to what is coming.

In the end, we will pay a great price for our decades of foolishness.

The U.S. economy is going to completely collapse, and the last few years have only been the very beginning of that process.

Social Decay + Illegal Immigration + Poverty = Open War On The Streets Of America

                        What did you think was going to happen?  Moral standards have been falling for decades, we have allowed massive hordes of criminals, gang members and drug dealers to enter this country illegally, and thanks to our declining economy our inner cities are being absolutely ravaged by poverty.  Was such a combination really going to produce peace and prosperity?  Should we be so shocked that we now have open war on the streets of America?  In the United States today, there are millions upon millions of young people that can't find jobs, that are living in poverty, that have no hope for a better future, and that have been raised without any moral standards.  These young people are becoming increasingly desperate, and desperate people do desperate things.  As I wrote about the other day, for those under the age of 18 living in the city of Detroit the poverty rate is 60 percent.  Should we be surprised that Detroit police are now telling people to "enter Detroit at your own risk".  At this point, the FBI says that there are approximately 1.4 million gang members living in our cities.  That number has risen by an astounding 40 percent just since 2009.  Did we somehow delude ourselves into thinking that there would not be severe consequences for allowing that to happen?  Today,  Mexican drug cartels are active in more than 1,000 U.S. cities.  Are they selling drugs and committing crimes in the area where you live?  Well, don't be so shocked.  The federal government has left our border with Mexico wide open for decades even though the most violent drug war on the planet has been raging just across that border.  Stupid decisions produce stupid results.  Sadly, this is just the beginning.  When our economy fully crashes the open warfare on the streets of America is going to get much, much worse.

Let's take a closer look at what is currently happening in a few of our largest cities...

Los Angeles

Did you know that Latino gangs are systematically pushing black families out of some areas of Los Angeles?

For example, once upon a time Compton was a predominantly African-American area.  But now it is 65 percent Latino, and there is a relentless campaign of intimidation against many of the African-American families that remain.

One of these incidents was recently profiled in the Los Angeles Times.  A black family moved into Compton near the end of December, and since that time they have been the victims of endless harassment by Latino gangs.  When a 19-year-old African-American friend came to visit the family one day, four thugs told him that blacks were barred from the neighborhood and they started beating him with metal pipes.  A story in the Los Angeles Times described what happened next...

The 19-year-old family friend managed to break free that first day and run into the house, where the children were the only ones at home.

The attackers left, but a half-hour later a crowd of as many as 20 people stood on the lawn yelling threats and epithets. A beer bottle crashed through the living room window as the youngsters watched in horror.

"They were scared if they called the sheriff they'd be killed," Westin said. "So they called their mom, who called the Sheriff's Department."

The gang members were gone by the time deputies arrived, but they kept coming back, almost daily, driving by slowly until they got someone's attention, then yelling racial insults and telling them to leave. The mother sent the children to live with relatives and is now packing up to leave herself.

As horrifying as that sounds, the truth is that it is not an isolated incident.

According to the Los Angeles Times, similar attacks "have taken place in Harbor Gateway, Highland Park, Pacoima, San Bernardino, Canoga Park and Wilmington, among other places."

Oakland

Up the coast in Oakland, a horribly violent gang war has gotten so out of hand that city officials are holding press conferences about it.

Violent crime in the city of Oakland increased by 23 percent in 2012, and police say that gang members were responsible for most of the approximately 2,000 robberies and 65 homicides that took place in the second half of the year.

As the San Francisco Chronicle recently explained, the violence continues to escalate and city officials don't know how to solve it...

Nearly all the violent crimes in Oakland in the last few months, including two killings over the weekend, have been committed as part of a "war" between rival groups that was sparked by the slaying of a girl last summer, Police Chief Howard Jordan said Monday.

Jordan said "about 90 percent" of the killings, robberies, shootings and other "senseless acts of violence" in the city since mid-2012 can be directly tied to the killing of a girlfriend of one of the combatants.

Over time, the warring factions have become increasingly violent and have grown in number, sometimes by merging with other groups, Jordan said at a news conference called in response to an outbreak of gunfire over the weekend.

Chicago

Savage murders happen so regularly in Chicago at this point that very few people are even shocked by the headlines any longer.  The murder rate in the city increased by about 17 percent in 2012, and 2013 has already started with quite a bang.

Just check out what happened on Saturday.  7 people were murdered and six others were left wounded.  The following is how the Chicago Tribune described one of the crime scenes...

On West Van Buren Street, a body could be seen lying in the roadway, near the curb and a bus stop.

A man who only identified himself as the teen victim's uncle said the boy, whose family lived nearby, had simply gone to run an errand.

"He was just going to the store," the man said. "They just killed him just like that."

Later, the man paced back and forth on the sidewalk, shaking his head in disbelief.

So why has Chicago become such a violent city?

It is because of the gangs.

Today, approximately 80 percent of all murders that happen in the city of Chicago are gang-related.  And as I have written about previously, there are only about 200 police officers assigned to Chicago's Gang Enforcement Unit to handle the estimated 100,000 gang members living in the city.

Perhaps Chicago could do more to handle all the crime if they had more money, but at this point they are flat broke and so is the entire state of Illinois.  In fact, the state of Illinois just had its credit rating downgraded once again.

I picked out three examples to discuss above, but similar things could really be said about hundreds of U.S. cities from coast to coast.

Once upon a time, gang activity was fairly limited to certain pockets of the country.  But now, it is more widespread than ever.

According to the Justice Department’s National Drug Intelligence Center,  Mexican drug cartels were actively operating in 50 different U.S. cities in 2006.

By 2010, that number had skyrocketed to 1,286.

Are you starting to get the picture?

So why doesn't the federal government secure the border and make sure that everyone that is coming into this country is doing so legally?

That is a very good question.  For some reason, every single president that we have had in recent decades has chosen to leave the U.S. border with Mexico virtually wide open.

And so millions of criminals, gang members, drug dealers and welfare parasites continue to pour into the country.  The following is what one local police chief down in Texas is saying about what he is seeing along the border...

The problem is not going away.

"Most of them have people here or they're just trying to make it over here so they can start making a better living for themselves," La Joya Police Chief Julian Gutierrez told Action 4 News.

No matter how many miles of border fence is erected—it seems nothing will stop the thousands of immigrants, crossing our border illegally, from continuing their journey.

"A lot of times we talk to them and ask them why they're coming here,” Gutierrez explained. “They say they're coming for the 'American Dream.' I always tell them that they're here illegally---how do they expect to find work? They always say it's a lot better than their country.”

So what is the Obama administration doing about this?

They don't consider it to be a problem.

In fact, one of our stations along the border with Mexico will no longer be manned with real people at all.  The following is from a recent ABC News report...

Get ready for the very first "unmanned" border station on the U.S.-Mexico border. Slated to open at the end of this month, the Big Bend National Park in Texas will be staffed by, you guessed it, computers.

But what the Obama administration does seem to be concerned about is giving immigrants lots of "benefits" once they get here.

For example, did you know that the federal government actually has a website that teaches immigrants how to sign up for welfare programs once they arrive in the United States?

Meanwhile, we can't even come close to taking care of our own citizens.  According to the U.S. Census Bureau, there are more than 146 million Americans that are considered to be either "poor" or "low income" at this point.

Poverty is absolutely exploding in this country, and the middle class gets smaller with each passing day.  When the next major economic downturn strikes, the unemployment numbers are going to start spiking again and millions of families are going to lose all hope that things will ever turn around for them.

Meanwhile, the very foundations of our society continue to rot and decay right in front of our eyes.  At this point, approximately one out of every three children in the U.S. lives in a home without a father.  The U.S. has the highest divorce rate in the world, the highest rate of teen pregnancy in the world, and there are 19 million new STD infections in the United States every single year.

Our nation is a complete and total mess, and many of our major cities are being transformed into gang-infested war zones that are on the verge of total meltdown.

Is it any wonder that millions of American families have chosen to become preppers?

Nothing is going to stop the societal meltdown that is coming.  That is especially true with Barack Obama running things.

Sadly, most Americans still have their heads in the sand and are pretending that everything will be okay somehow.

Sadly, most Americans still have a tremendous amount of faith in the system.

But anyone with a brain should be able to see the storm clouds that are coming.

So get prepared while you still can.

Time is running out.

Adding 20 Million Illegal Aliens To The Workforce With Amnesty

By adding a low of 12 million and a high number of 20 million illegal alien migrants to America’s legal workforce creates greater problems for American workers.

First, 47.7 million Americans survive on food stamps because they cannot secure jobs.  Second, another 14 million Americans stand in unemployment lines because they cannot secure work.  Third, another seven million Americans work at low paying, 20 hour per week jobs.

Yet, Congress and President Obama expect to grant immediate citizenship to millions of border –hoppers, which they think will solve the problem. Notice, they state that America’s immigration laws suffer breakage.  Fact: illegal migrants break those laws because Obama and Congress refuse to enforce them.  If they refuse to enforce any new border security and internal jobs enforcement—the new laws will be just as “broken” to encourage millions more of the world’s desperate poor to jump our borders for jobs within the United States.

Another aspect that few understand or appreciates stems from the fact that an amnesty would allow legalization and full access to America’s Social Security funds, medical care, schools, welfare, food banks and other social services. Worse, those 20 million could “chain migrate” up to 10 of their family members into the USA. Thus, the flood of people accelerates to overload America with an unstable and unsustainable population.

One reader brought up another aspect of amnesty: “My suspicion is that the figure is closer to 15 million illegals not 10.  If one ever thought that politicians were far sighted, here is an example of extreme myopia.  All of this endless business of immigration as a means to an increased quality of life for millions is driven by delusion and illusion.  Technology and hope can only support so much insanity as is seen in the government.  Water tables collapse green spaces disappear and wilderness shrinks in the face of numbers.  More laws, more pesticides, herbicides, anti biotics as the population swells the overall quality of the environment declines and so does life.  Politicians are not educated; they are just well trained glad handers with, in most cases, a need for self aggrandizement.  A very sad commentary on the condition of life boat earth.  If you had a 12 pound turkey( can be a politician) for food in a life boat with 15 people in it with no sign of land for weeks, why would you pull on board another 15 people and another and another?  Wake up!  The earth is a life boat; unless, you think divine intervention will save us.  We are alone in this cosmic sea until we get it right!”

Americans must ask themselves when the onslaught of this Human Katrina will end.  Answer: it won’t because no one protests the actions of Congress or Obama.

We have chosen to highlight United States agencies; however, this top 10  list has global impact, as the U.S. has now proven to be the  enforcement division of the overarching globalist agenda of centralized  control. One could argue that every government agency serves the purpose  of stifling freedom and wasting taxpayer money. Yet, the 10 listed below  go the extra mile for their sheer corruption, draconian regulations,  and ultimate impact upon the largest number of citizens. The main criteria for inclusion in the top 10 is the amount of money  spent by the taxpayer according to official budget declarations, and  then attaining the highest level of doing exactly the opposite of their  stated intentions. Here is the countdown to the top 10 most dangerous U.S. government  agencies to the freedom, prosperity and health of its citizens . . . . #10 - Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) - annual budget $8.5 billion: Their record of ignoring environmental damage and the health effects on humans from major events such as 9/11, the Exxon and Gulf oil spills to the worst case, Fukushima,  is unparalleled. Rather than investigate and warn of real dangers, they  have gone after farmers for dubious claims of water contamination,  while treating milk spills as they should have treated oil spills.  Even worse, the EPA has  concluded that there is no law preventing it from doing "research" on  Americans. A recent lawsuit over the EPA's work with airborne pollutants  will put this claim to the test in Federal court. Their illegal human  experiments could break the Nuremberg Code (source: The Washington Times).

#9 - Internal Revenue Service (IRS) - annual budget $13.3 billion: Cries of "End the Fed!" continue to get louder, while more people are  beginning to wake up completely and couple this with "End the IRS!" In  fact, the two were developed together 100 years ago making the private  Fed and the government IRS fraternal twins in creating a system of indentured servitude through dollar devaluation  and arbitrary tax collection, respectively. The Fed enslaves through  stealth, while the IRS uses force to impose itself through  ever-expanding regulations and the threat of fines and imprisonment. As  the collection division, the IRS rakes in a staggering $2.3 trillion  annually. Despite that massive amount, the IRS has a distinguished  record of ignoring the shenanigans of major corporations and federal employees, while focusing harshly on the average private citizen and small businesses in particular. Thankfully, there is some momentum toward abolishing the IRS through FairTax legislation. Now would be a good time, as the IRS will be empowered even further when the healthcare overhaul takes effect.

#8 - Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) - annual budget $13.5 billion:   Despite massive funding to help people in dire need of assistance,  FEMA  has failed spectacularly in the cases of Katrina and Sandy, even hindering the ability of people to make it on their own, as gun confiscation was ordered against the population affected by Katrina. The mechanics of offering aid to legitimate victims of Sandy are still being debated by the U.S. government.  Additionally, there is a disturbing amount of  evidence that  suggests FEMA would be instrumental in enslaving large  populations  following an economic collapse or civil unrest. FEMA  centers are now open knowledge and if implemented will likely resemble the squalor and horror that refugees encountered when jammed into the New Orleans Superdome following Katrina. #7 - Department of Justice (DoJ) - annual budget $28 billion: This includes the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) which has its own annual budget of $8 billion. The "Department of Justice" is perhaps the most Orwellian oxymoron of all government agencies.  For decades they have pursued a failed War on Drugs that  targets small-time users while ignoring the true drug criminals. In  fact, they've even armed the drug gangs as revealed in the Fast and Furious scandal. We have a Justice Department more concerned with going after whistleblowers of crimes than the criminals themselves. The FBI deserves a whole section unto  itself given their recent behavior. The only "terrorists" they've caught  since 9-11 are the ones they have created with their own material support. Further, the FBI is increasingly using  illegal surveillance tactics for peaceful activists like Occupy  demonstrators and others. It has recently been revealed that the FBI was  actually spying on Occupy protesters at the behest of banks, not the  government, even refusing to tell Occupy leaders that there were assassination plots against them.  Finally, it must be noted that no bankers have gone to jail from the  immense fraud that led to the financial collapse of 2008 and beyond; no  one significant has gone to jail for torture and other war crimes; and  government corruption has been all but legalized. #6 - Spy Agencies: The nation's 17 spy agencies, including the CIA and the National Security Agency (NSA) - annual budget $55 billion? Many   of the intelligence accounts are classified, so we can't really know   the true total, but we do know that the budget for spy agencies has doubled since 9/11. The NSA has grabbed the most attention as of late with  plans to expand into their new $2 billion data mining center in  Bluffdale, Utah set to launch in September of this year. Whistleblowers like William Binney have stated that the agency is already spying on its own  citizens  domestically. As the war on terror increases its scope through drone  surveillance on American soil, the NSA's budget will only increase,  while increasing the danger posed to large sections of the U.S.  Constitution. The CIA of course has long been implicated in using assassination rings to topple foreign governments and political opponents, while being at the center of the Guantanamo Bay and rendition torture apparatus. With the arrival of no-holds-barred legislation like  NDAA 2013, the intelligence regime becomes more dangerous than ever.

#5 - Department of Education (ED) - annual budget $70 billion: The way that America has chosen to educate its youth is the beginning  of the justifications for the abuses of every other federal agency. The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America,  as Charlotte Iserbyt has called it, has resulted in a once independent,  entrepreneurial nation becoming a collectivized horde of selfish, but  not individualistic, youth. There is much less attention paid to  vocational skills, and much more attention paid to training the next  bunch of public officials or bureaucracy enforcers. Furthermore, the  public school system is clearly engaging in prisoner training with the actions of children becoming criminalized at an ever-greater pace. With the recent CT school shooting,  we can expect that this will now become part of the curriculum as  justification for the surrounding police state will be taught as a  logical consequence in the face of such random threats of terror. #4 - Department of Homeland Security (DHS) annual budget $100 billion (3,000 page PDF):   - Much like the Department of Defense, the activities of DHS are   all-encompassing including the goon squad of the Transportation Security   Administration (TSA), which has employed untrained, low IQ, and  criminal  elements including pedophiles to reach into the pants of men, women and  children. The TSA is also responsible for introducing cancer to its  employees and the public through its backscatter radiation  naked imaging  machines. And now they are set to hit the streets across  America with  their spin-off VIPR teams. DHS has set up the ultimate framework for  tyranny, including secret lists, secret arrests, activist surveillance,  biometric immigration measures, control of cyberspace, Orwellian telescreens and PSA's that increasingly portray average citizens who are  engaged in normal  activities as worthy of suspicion and interrogation.  They are sure to  be on the front lines of any gun control and  confiscation initiatives,  as they clearly have been stockpiling their own ammunition in ever greater numbers. #3 - U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) - annual budget $155 billion:   If there is one agency that is administering the globalist directives  of Agenda 21, it is the USDA. They have recently begun putting dubious embargoes on small farms, which is leading to economic and literal starvation of  people and animals alike. Through their trickle down directives, farmers  can even be charged in a different county after being cleared of wrongdoing in a previous case. This is the  hallmark of bureaucratic tyranny. The USDA has been instrumental in  clearing Dow Chemical's GM soy, giving Monsanto's GMO crops special 'speed approval,' and covering up pesticide damage to humans and bee populations.  But in true absurdist bureaucratic style, the same organization that  has consistently overlooked the health and economic threats to countless  millions of people decided to fine a family $4 million dollars for selling bunny rabbits.

#2 - Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) - annual budget $892 billion - This gargantuan structure includes the FDA, CDC and the National  Institutes of Health among others. The FDA has its own annual budget of $4.5 billion. This agency has approved prescription and over-the-counter drugs that knowingly have killed hundreds of thousands of people annually, has increased irradiation of the food supply, and has covered up vaccine injuries, But if you want Big Pharma, you can get it from a vending machine, thanks to the FDA. No surprise, the FDA has ties to Monsanto and ties to Bayer.  Now our food is being made and modified by the largest pesticide manufacturer, while any move to label GMO is shut down by the agency. The FDA has additionally approved AquaBounty's GE Salmon despite a statement by The Center for Food Safety, that its "bad for  the consumer, bad for the salmon industry, and bad for the environment."  Among other gems are dangerous animal feed additives, approving dangerous anti-viral drugs for infants, and policing food safety in foreign nations. As for the CDC, or Centers for Disease Creation and Proliferation as  some natural medicine practitioners have coined the agency (budget $11 billion),  they have encouraged vaccination to such an extent that some have  questioned whether their mandated vaccine schedule is part of a compulsory sterilization program. #1 - Department of Defense (DoD) - annual budget ??? - Officially $613 billion This  agency is in desperate need of returning to its more honest original  name: The War Department. In addition to being the recipient of the highest percentage of the federal budget, the DoD's Defense Advanced Research Projects   Agency (DARPA) division almost deserves a category of its own. Many of   DARPA's projects fall into the money pit of "black budget" secret projects not even subjected to presidential and congressional oversight. With   DARPA's "mad science" reputation, it is no doubt one of the top   recipients of the $50 billion annual black budget, making this one of   the most dangerous federal agencies to both the economy of the U.S. and  to world peace.  Overall, the Department of Defense as the coordinator for anything that  falls under "national security" is responsible for openly killing  millions and eviscerating the Constitution ... and there is no sign that  they are letting up any time soon. 

Honorable Mention

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) - annual budget $3 billion: This  agency falls under HHS, but the video below demonstrates a special  level of corruption and worthlessness that is humorous, except for the  fact that it represents a staggering level of taxpayer looting, despite  the small size of the agency (537 people). It is a microcosm of what we  only can imagine going on within the larger agencies, especially those  with less oversight.

 

The government's track record for permitting massive looting of the economy in collusion with the private banking sector; the upcoming collusion with the insurance industry and Big Pharma to change the landscape of healthcare; their collusion with private contractors to implement a prison-industrial complex; their unconstitutional war machine, and their history of secret human experiments makes government the single greatest terrestrial danger we face. In the  20th century alone, governments across the world outright murdered 290  million people, known as democide. How many more must have fallen to covert means and bureaucratic ineptitude? How many more will follow?

22 Signs That Barack Obama Is Transforming America Into A Larger Version Of North Korea

                                     If there is one country in the world that you would not want to live in, it would be North Korea.  Unfortunately, the United States of America is becoming more like North Korea with each passing day.  North Korea is a totalitarian police state hellhole where the state rules supreme, the “leader” is lavishly worshipped, no dissent is tolerated, and the government micromanages everything.  America is supposed to be the opposite of that, but now Barack Obama is implementing his version of “change” and he has promised to engage in the “remaking” of this nation and to transform it “brick by brick“.  A tremendous “cult of personality” has been built up around Obama, and under his leadership the U.S. government has become larger and more repressive than ever before.  But do we really want to “change” America so that it more closely resembles totalitarian regimes such as North Korea, communist China, the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany?  After all, all of those regimes have a nightmarish history of brutality and death.  Even today, there are starving North Koreans that are eating their own children.  Is that really where we want to end up as a nation?

The truth is that we desperately need to take America in the opposite direction of where Barack Obama is trying to take us.  We need a much smaller federal government, a much greater emphasis on freedom and liberty, a return to true free market capitalism, and politicians that are willing to take a low profile and that are actually there to serve the American people.

But what we need and what we are getting are two very different things.

The following are 22 signs that Barack Obama is transforming America into a larger version of North Korea…

#1 Obama has appointed numerous socialists and communists to important positions in his administration.  The following are just a few examples that were highlighted in a recent article by John Perazzo…

• Obama named Van Jones, a longtime revolutionary communist who famously declared that “we [are] gonna change the whole [economic] system,” as his “green jobs czar” in 2009;
• he appointed Carol Browner, a former “commissioner” of the Socialist International, as his “environment czar”;
• he appointed John Holdren, who not only views capitalism as a system that is inherently destructive of the environment, but strongly favors the redistribution of wealth, both within the U.S. and across international borders, as his “science czar”;
• he named Hilda Solis, a former officer of the Congressional Progressive Caucus (the socialist wing of the House of Representatives), as his labor secretary;
• and he chose Anita Dunn, a woman who has cited Mao Zedong as one of her “favorite political philosophers,” to serve as White House communications director.

 

#2 As Paul Roderick Gregory demonstrated in an outstanding article for Forbes, Barack Obama’s economic agenda matches the November 2011 Declaration of Principles of the Party of European Socialists almost point for point.

#3 If a totalitarian regime is going to be successful, it needs a massive government bureaucracy to run things.  Today, the number of employees of the federal government is roughly equivalent to the entire population of the United States in 1776.

#4 In North Korea, dissent is brutally repressed.  In the United States, we have continued to move rapidly in that direction under Barack Obama.  In a recent article entitled “Obama’s War On Whistleblowers“, author Stephen Lendman wrote the following…

He said one thing. He did another. As president, he usurped diktat powers. He wages war on truth. He targets whistleblowers. He prioritizes surveillance powers.

They include warrantless wiretapping, accessing personal records, monitoring financial transactions, and tracking emails, Internet and cell phone use. It’s done lawlessly to gather secret evidence for prosecutions.

In his book “Necessary Secrets,” Gabriel Schoenfeld said he “presided over the most draconian crackdown on leaks in our history – even more so than Nixon.”

Rhetorically he supports civil liberties and transparency. “Such acts of courage and patriotism….should be encouraged rather than stifled,” he said.

At the same time, he betrayed the public trust. He targets free expression and dissent. He pursues police state prosecutions and intimidation.

He claims Justice Department immunity from illegal spying suits. He exceeds the worst of all previous administrations.

His national security state targets activists, political dissidents, anti-war protestors, Muslims, Latino immigrants, lawyers who defend them, whistleblowers, and investigative journalists.

Law Professor Jack Balkin expressed alarm, saying:

“We are witnessing the bipartisan normalization and legitimation of a national surveillance state.” Obama exceeded the worst of George Bush.

#5 Under Obama, the United States has been developing “Big Brother” surveillance technologies that dictators of the past never even dreamed were possible.  For example, a very highly sophisticated surveillance grid known as “Trapwire” is being installed in major cities and at “high value targets” all over the country.  Sadly, the mainstream media has not covered this at all, and most Americans still do not even realize that it exists.

#6 Under Obama, unmanned aerial vehicles are not just used for war anymore.  Police departments are now starting to deploy surveillance drones in the skies over their cities all over the nation.  In fact, this is something that the federal government is greatly encouraging.

#7 It was the Obama administration that came up with the “See Something, Say Something” campaign.  Now the federal government has even created an iPhone app that is designed to encourage all of us to take photos of “suspicious activity” and report our neighbors to the authorities.

#8 It was the Obama administration that first instituted “enhanced pat-downs” by TSA thugs at our airports.  As a result, countless numbers of men, women and children have had horrific experiences that they will remember for the rest of their lives.  You can read some of their horror stories right here.

#9 The U.S. military now has the authority to arrest American citizens and hold them indefinitely without trial.  The Obama administration has no problem with this horrible abuse of power.

#10 A key Obama ally in the U.S House of Representatives, Congressman José Serrano of New York, has introduced a measure that would repeal the 22nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution so that Barack Obama can continue to run for additional terms as president after his second term ends.

#11 The “cult of personality” that has built up around Barack Obama is getting quite ridiculous.  Shortly after he won the recent election, actor Jamie Foxx referred to Barack Obama as “our Lord and Savior Barack Obama” during a television broadcast of the 2012 Soul Train Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Such “leader worship” would fit in very well in North Korea.

#12 Since Obama won in November, there has been an increasing number of incidences in which Obama has been referred to in religious terms.  For example, a recent Newsweek article referred to Barack Obama’s second term as “The Second Coming“.

#13 A painting by artist Michael D’Antuono that is now on display at Boston’s Bunker Hill Community College Art Gallery recently made headlines all over the United States.  In the painting, Barack Obama is wearing a crown of thorns on his head and his arms are stretched out as if he was being crucified.  In the background of the painting is the presidential seal…

#14 Relentless praise from the mainstream media played a huge role in each of Obama’s election victories.  The mainstream media is supposed to be objective, but there have been reports of members of the media “swooning” in his presence, and most mainstream news broadcasts leave little doubt that Obama is the “good guy” and anyone opposed to him is the “bad guy”.

#15 The Obama organization has tirelessly gathered data on potential voters.  At this point, the amount of information that the Obama campaign has compiled on the American people is absolutely frightening…

If you voted this election season, President Obama almost certainly has a file on you. His vast campaign database includes information on voters’ magazine subscriptions, car registrations, housing values and hunting licenses, along with scores estimating how likely they were to cast ballots for his reelection.

#16 The Communist Party USA is cheering on Barack Obama’s efforts to disarm the American people.  According to one of their official publications, “the ability to live free from the fear or threat of gun violence is a fundamental democratic right — one that far supercedes any so-called personal gun rights allegedly contained in the Second Amendment.”

#17 Under Obama, the federal government is intruding in our personal lives like never before.  The following example is from a recent RT article…

Smokers, beware: tobacco penalties under President Obama’s Affordable Care Act could subject millions of smokers to fees costing thousands of dollars, making healthcare more expensive for them than Americans with other unhealthy habits.

The Affordable Care Act, which critics have also called “Obamacare”, could subject smokers to premiums that are 50 percent higher than usual, starting next Jan 1. Health insurers will be allowed to charge smokers penalties that overweight Americans or those with other health conditions would not be subjected to.

A 60-year-old smoker could pay penalties as high as $5,100, in addition to the premiums, the Associated Press reports. A 55-year-old smoker’s penalty could reach $4,250. The older a smoker is, the higher the penalty will be.

#18 Just as in North Korea, our lives are being increasingly micromanaged by a government that is packed with control freaks.  At this point they even are telling us what kind of light bulbs we are allowed to buy.

#19 Federal agencies have become increasingly brutal under Obama.  For example, if you milk your cow and sell some of that milk to your neighbor next door, you could end up having your home raided by federal agents.

#20 Obama has gone to great lengths to demonize his opposition.  Since he has been president, numerous government papers, studies and reports have been released that identify groups of people that are opposed to Obama as “potential terrorists”.  Some of the groups targeted as “potential terrorists” include those that “revere individual liberty”, “conspiracy theorists”, “returning veterans”, anti-abortion activists, those that visit “extremist websites”, those that are “fiercely nationalistic”, those that “believe in the right to bear arms”, anyone that is opposed to illegal immigration, anyone that is anti-UN, and anyone that is “suspicious of centralized federal authority”.  For much more on this, please see this article.

#21 Obama’s abuse of power is not just limited to the United States.  The truth is that he has increasingly been acting like some type of imperial ruler that gets to tell everyone else in the world what they are supposed to do.  For example, according to a recent WND article Obama has actually promised to give eastern Jerusalem to the Palestinians even though Israel has already said that they will agree to no such thing…

Now that he has secured his second term, President Barack Obama has already secretly pledged to the Palestinians he will press Israel into a new round of so-called land-for-peace negotiations, a top Palestinian Authority negotiator told WND.

The negotiator said top members of the Obama administration told the Palestinians the U.S. president will renew talks aimed at creating a Palestinian state in the so-called 1967 borders – meaning in the West Bank, Gaza Strip and, notably, eastern Jerusalem.

#22 Many Obama supporters are becoming enamored with the idea that we should either start ignoring the Constitution or that we should get rid of it entirely.  For example, Georgetown law professor Louis Michael Seidman recently appeared on CBS and said the following to the American people…

“I’ve got a simple idea: Let’s give up on the Constitution. I know, it sounds radical, but it’s really not.”

Hey, if we got rid of the pesky Constitution, we could have a dictatorship just like North Korea does!

Barack Obama could be our king, our lord and our savior for decades!

Of course I am being sarcastic, but this is the kind of dangerous thinking that leads to tyranny.

Let us learn the hard lessons that history has tried to teach us.  We don’t want to go down the same path that North Korea, Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, and communist China have traveled.

Freedom and liberty are precious things.  They are very hard to win, and they are very easy to lose.

Let us not be the generation that loses everything that our forefathers worked so hard to build.

                       Today our nation is facing perhaps the most  critical situation it has faced since 1776 when our nation declared our  Independence!  Our very Constitution is being attacked by a man who has taken an  oath of office to, “…preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the  United States,” and also by those who have taken an oath to “support and defend” that same Constitution.  Yet, some elected representatives find it in their best  interest to refuse to honor their Oath of Office.  We, the people, had sent  these senators and representatives to their office with the idea that they would  be trusted with our Constitution.  But instead, they betray the very principles  of their office.  Some lay claim that this is an act of treason.  With this in  mind, let us look at just what treason is defined as.

Treason is defined by Webster’s online as:

1. the betrayal of trust; 2. the offense of attempting by overt acts to  overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or  to kill or personally injure the sovereign or his family.

The  1828 Webster’s Dictionary, which many would use to define words pertaining  to the Constitution and the Founding Fathers defines Treason as:

Treason is the highest crime of a civil nature of which a man can be guilty.  Its signification is different in different countries. In general, it is the  offense of attempting to overthrow the government of the state to which the  offender owes allegiance, or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign  power. In monarchies, the killing of the king, or an attempt to take his life,  is treason. In England, to imagine or compass the death of the king, or of the  prince, or of the queen consort, or of the heir apparent of the crown, is high  treason; as are many other offenses created by statute.

Understanding what the definition of treason is, let us see just what our  elected officials in Washington are doing with the Second Amendment and see if  whether they are in fact committing an act of treason.

Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United  States:

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State,  the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

Now this has been determined to mean many things to many people, but the only  definition that really matters is what the Founders intended when they wrote it.  Some senators and representatives have taken a stand that they have the right to  destroy this very important piece of our Constitution. Under the definition  provided above, they have taken actions which fall into the category of becoming  an act of treason towards the very Constitution they took an oath of office to  support and defend.  Instead, they are moving in a way that shows very clearly  that they are in fact, not doing any of the things outlined in the oath, but  rather the opposite of it.

Hhow can “We The People” even think of stopping these type of treasonous  actions by the people we elected to serve?  We as a nation must come to  understand the true attempts that are now being made upon our nation by those  sworn to support and defend our Constitution.  We as a people must and should do  all we can to ensure that the Constitution is not destroyed.

Even Attorney General for the United States, Eric Holder, has made statements  that are contrary to his oath of office.

In a 1995 address to the Woman’s National Democratic Club, Holder announced the launch of a public campaign to “really  brainwash people into thinking about guns in a vastly different way.”

“What we need to do,” he explained, “is change the way in which people think  about guns, especially young people, and make it something that’s not cool, that  it’s not acceptable, it’s not hip to carry a gun anymore, in the way in which we  changed our attitudes about cigarettes.”

Holder added that he had already asked advertising agencies to produce  anti-gun ads rather than commercials “that make me buy things that I don’t  really need”; that he had urged local newspapers and television stations to  devote prime space and time, respectively, to anti-gun themes; and that he had  asked the local school board to make the anti-gun message a part of “every day,  every school, and every level.”

Today, Eric Holder has taken the stand to support gun control which by itself  is an act of treason as so defined above!  Yet, the Attorney General, the  President, and many others have found it right to become individuals that use  acts of treason to accomplish what cannot be done through legal or normal  means.

During his tenure as Deputy Attorney General in the Clinton administration  from 1997 to 2001, Holder was a strong supporter of restrictive gun-control  legislation. He advocated federal licensing of handgun owners; a three-day  waiting period on all handgun sales; limits on handgun sales to no more than one  per month; a ban on the possession of handguns and so-called “assault weapons” by anyone younger than 21; a law authorizing the federal government to shut down  all gun shows; and a national gun-registration mandate.

Attorney General Eric holder does not stop here though, He goes on with even  more suggestions.

Holder also advanced the notion that “Every day that goes by, about 12, 13  more children in this country die from gun violence”—a statistic that would be  true only if one classified 18-year-old, gun-wielding gangsters as “children.” In the wake of the 9/11 attacks, Holder wrote an opinion piece for The Washington Post  calling for a new law that would give the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and  Firearms “a record of every firearm sale.” He also advocated that prospective  gun buyers be checked against the secret “watch lists” compiled by the  government.

At present, Holder has made many statements to enforce some sort of gun  control that would obstruct American citizens from owning weapons of any stature  for his home protection and use to hunt with.

Even the Vice President Joe Biden made very serious statements that are not at all reasonable when he  stated, “You don’t need an assault rifle to stop an intruder, you just need a  double barrel shotgun with ammunition, the assault weapon is not as accurate as  a shotgun.” (Or words to that affect.) Here it seems that Biden has never been  in a situation where the so-called, “assault weapon” was used against several  people attacking a single individual where that individual overcame the number  of people attacking them.

Eric Holder holds the title of Attorney General, a title that is directly  tied to the enforcement of laws and the Constitution.  Yet, are his comments  that counter the Second Amendment not treasonous?

In 2008, In Holder argued that “the Second Amendment did not protect an  individual right to keep and bear arms,” but only protected government militias’ rights to guns. Scholar and political commentator John Lott writes that he “can’t find even one gun control law that Holder has opposed.”

“On every gun control regulation [Holder] has discussed,” says Lott, “he has  been supportive, including: bans, raising the age that someone can possess a  gun, registration and licensing, one-gun-a-month limit on purchases, and  mandatory waiting periods.”

Let us list those officials that have now committed acts of treason by their  actions and words: President Barack Obama, with his signing of unconstitutional  executive orders contrary to the Constitution, Vice president Joe Biden, with  his words making an attempt to change opinion of the Constitution, and Attorney  General Eric Holder, with his words and his strong statements against the very  oath he took.  We cannot forget Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA) and her  deliberate attempt to classify weapons that are now legal under the  Constitution.  But all that these people have and will do cannot be enforced due  to the Constitution itself.  Here we must present some idea of why “We The  People” do not have to abide by any laws made which are in direct conflict with  the Second Amendment and State laws.

Unconstitutional Official Acts

16 Am  Jur 2d, Sec 177 late 2d, Sec 256:

The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing  the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is  the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be In agreement.  It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid;  one must prevail. This is succinctly stated as follows:

The General rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form  and name of law is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for  any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of it’s enactment and  not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. An unconstitutional  law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed.  Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would  be had the statute not been enacted.

Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it  imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or  authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed  under it…..

A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional  law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law. Indeed, insofar as a  statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the lend, it is superseded  thereby.

No one Is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to  enforce it.

Here it becomes very clear that those who present Un-Constitutional laws do  not hold up to the very Constitution they swore and oath to support and defend.   In doing so, all those who take a stand counter to the Constitution are people  committing treason and making laws that cannot be upheld because they are  unconstitutional.  This must stop and these people must be held accountable for  what they have done.

God help us all before it is too late!

Obama Says Its The GOPs Fault He Acts Like A Dictator, Warns More Executive Actions On The Way

Nothing is ever his fault.

President Obama said he would prefer to accomplish his ambitious second-term agenda with the help of Congress, but that he would employ “a judicious use of executive power” where necessary to reach policy goals.

Obama’s remarks, made during an interview with the New Republic, come as many in Washington expect the president’s administration to push forward aggressively with a host of regulations in the coming months and years.

They also follow Obama’s proposal earlier to combat gun violence through an array of measures including 23 separate presidential directives that do not need congressional approval. The executive measures do not include a ban on assault weapons or other cornerstones of the plan, which do require legislation.

But they still came under fire from some on the right. Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus, for example, described Obama’s unilateral actions, which include an order directing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to study the causes of gun violence, as an “executive power grab.”

In a sycophantic interview with The New Republic, conducted by former campaign staffer Chris Hughes and leftist writer Franklin Foer, President Obama suggested that he had all the answers to the pressing issues facing America and therefore no compromise was necessary with Republicans. He added that Republicans should compromise. And if those Republicans don’t compromise, Obama suggested that the fault would lie at the feet of Fox News and Rush Limbaugh – and that the calculus had to be changed to force Fox News and Limbaugh to stop holding Republicans accountable to conservatism.

 

 

Here’s Obama on how he’s going to fix the country:

 

 

The truth is that most of the big issues that are going to make a difference in the life of this country for the next thirty or forty years are complicated and require tough decisions, but are not rocket science. We know that to fix our economy, we've got to make sure: that we have the most competitive workforce in the world, that we have a better education system, that we are investing in research and development, that we've got world-class infrastructure, that we're reducing our health care costs, and that we're expanding our exports. On issues like immigration, we have a pretty good sense of what's broken in the system and how to fix it. On climate change, it's a daunting task. But we know what releases carbon into the atmosphere, and we have tools right now that would start scaling that back, although we'd still need some big technological breakthrough. So the question is not, Do we have policies that might work? It is, Can we mobilize the political will to act?

 

 

Despite the fact that Obama’s policies have been abysmal failures on virtually every front, the question for Obama is not what to do, but how to swindle the American people into doing it. And Obama said he would not be focusing on how to get things done in Washington, D.C.; instead, he’d be attempting to drum up public support on every issue. Obama then compared himself to Lincoln for such tactics:

 

 

I always read a lot of Lincoln, and I'm reminded of his adage that, with public opinion, there's nothing you can't accomplish; without it, you're not going to get very far. And spending a lot more time in terms of being in a conversation with the American people as opposed to just playing an insider game here in Washington is an example of the kinds of change in orientation that I think we've undergone, not just me personally, but the entire White House.

 

 

But what of his Republican opposition? That opposition, said Obama, has to be forced to embrace his positions:

 

 

And I think if you talk privately to Democrats and Republicans, particularly those who have been around for a while, they long for the days when they could socialize and introduce bipartisan legislation and feel productive. So I don't think the issue is whether or not there are people of goodwill in either party that want to get something done. I think what we really have to do is change some of the incentive structures so that people feel liberated to pursue some common ground. One of the biggest factors is going to be how the media shapes debates. If a Republican member of Congress is not punished on Fox News or by Rush Limbaugh for working with a Democrat on a bill of common interest, then you'll see more of them doing it.

 

 

How, exactly, will Obama achieve changing that incentive structure, exactly? Fox News and Rush Limbaugh are a free press. But according to Obama, that media must apparently be curbed. The media on the left, however, need not be curbed, because “more left-leaning media outlets recognize that compromise is not a dirty word.”

 

 

This is nothing new from a thuggish administration that has vocally derided Rush Limbaugh repeatedly, pushed secondary boycotts of Limbaugh through its extragovernmental allies, and targeted Fox News as illegitimate for daring to question The One’s agenda. But with Obama’s re-election, he obviously feels that his cross-hairs can be safely placed on his media opposition.

The destructive actions and agenda of President Obama and his Executive Branch can no longer be tolerated by Americans. Obama has no plans to respect our laws and founding principles. He only wishes to weaken them and cripple what once was a country worthy of the title World Superpower. A country that the planet could count on to lay down our lives to defend good against aggression and shake compliance out of the stupidly arrogant and dangerous.

Obama’s priority is to destroy his opposition and complete his dream of transforming our Republic into a government controlled hell where citizens obey the government—over our faith in God and morality—or he will see us marginalized and subjugated. If he is allowed to advance his un-American delusions the United States future is certain. We will all be sacrificed to his world view.

Unlawful acts that rise to the level of treason and espionage cannot be abided to accommodate a dishonest man’s claim of privilege. Lies do not grant a criminal absolution for his mistakes nor his fabricated victories. Political patronage is graft and Obama is the spawn of this insidious illness that he has encouraged as President of our country.  Obama has no respect is devoid of a conscience and his dangerous addiction to power and fame is destroying our nation.

Yesterday, I watched our Secretary of State refuse to answer to the American people for her failures and the deaths of four Americans serving our country.  Incompetence is not an excuse Madam Secretary, it is criminal when you run our State Department and you watch four of your staff murdered and take political cover to protect your boss’s re-election and your political future. You Madam are not an American and you should be tried for your ineptitude and resolute betrayal of your fellow countrymen.

Manufacturing crisis is a form of sedition and it is a crime in America. Our President is fabricating carefully scripted crisis in order to assault our Constitution. Arbitrary and meritless gun bans are illegal in the United States of America. So is auctioning off sensitive U.S. assets and technologies to foreign governments. The mere thought of or plotting to undertake such a venture can carry the death sentence. It’s called espionage. Both of these crimes are being committed by our Executive Branch every day to satisfy their lust for deficit funding.

Our elections and our rights to vote for legitimate candidates openly vetted have been compromised by foreign money laundered through shell corporations, tax exempt charities, unions and lobbies. Not only does Obama willingly except this corruption, but he is now moonlighting on our time and dime for his campaign turned his tax free interest lobby. Conflict of interests abound and laws are broken as the Chicago school of machine politics rules the day and destroys what is left of a representative government and free and open elections. This too is against the law in the United States. This too is a crime.

Obama denies his Islamist loyalties. He strategically weakens U.S. military threats to his global brethren and exploits U.S. taxpayer money to provide terrorists camouflaged as Arab reformers with the equipment and aid they require to flourish and strengthen their anti-American offensive. Subterfuge is his ally, as he boldly claims victory where none exists; all to allow Islamist ideology to advance on American rights, laws and sovereignty. Access to the White House is now purchased by Sheiks and their errand boys. This too is a crime.

The United States of America is not a social engineering project. No President is ever elected to tinker with the inalienable rights that provide the foundation of our freedom and liberty. They all swear an oath to protect and defend these rights. Obama has proven to us he has no respect for the oath he took 4 years ago and re-took 4 days ago.  His loyalties are un-American and he is no longer afraid to show his true intent. Obama’s ultimate target, our countries fiscal and social destruction, is no longer a secret. This is treason and it too is a crime.

President Obama is the greatest domestic threat our nation faces. This man possesses the power to soothe and heal our nation, yet he arrogantly chooses the path of confrontation, corruption and denial furthering the disintegration of our American way of life and our exceptionalism.

Whatever heroes that still remain in our government and in our communities must demand investigation into this administrations serial corruption and willful disregard for their oaths and the breaking of our nation’s laws. We must take the fight for our rights to the White House. We must rid our nation of the sinister threat that has stolen the high political high ground and doomed us to 4 more years of Obama’s Amerika. Un-American activities can no longer be forgiven for they have become the new norm and eventually they will take us all.
