A new Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) report detailing Prime Minister Medvedev’s private talks with other world leaders attending the World Economic Forum (WEF) talks in Davos states that all of the attending Russian delegation were “chilled” when presented with the “full agenda” President Barack Obama plans to unleash upon the American people, and which includes “mass murder.”

Important to note about this report, and as we had previously reported on in our 10 November 2012 report Obama Topples Top Coup Leader After Washington Gunbattle, the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) has become increasingly concerned over the Obama regimes militarization of the United States, most especially since his early January orders to begin deploying “death squads” throughout America who have killed two of that nations top gun activists along with “suiciding” Aaron Swartz, one of world’s top computer geniuses opposed to the US leaders “kill list.”

With Obama now having established “firm control” over the US military, this report continues, the United States President has begun an unprecedented purge of all officers who refuse to kill American citizens when ordered to do so.

The shocking claim made about Obama in this MFA report was confirmed this past week by one of the world’s foremost philanthropists, and 2009 Nobel Peace Prize nominee, Dr. Jim Garrow, who on 21 January wrote on his Facebook page:

“I have just been informed by a former senior military leader that Obama is using a new “litmus test” in determining who will stay and who must go in his military leaders. Get ready to explode folks. “The new litmus test of leadership in the military is if they will fire on US citizens or not”. Those who will not are being removed.”

MFA intelligence analysts writing in this report state that Dr. Garrow’s “source” for this information was “undoubtedly” the US Marine Corp legend General James Mattis who was head of the United States Central Command (CENTCOM), but was ordered by Obama this past week to vacate his offices immediately.

Pulitzer Prize winner and veteran US national security correspondent Thomas E. Ricks, on writing about Obama’s ouster of General Mattis, added to Dr. Garrow’s warning to the American people about the troubles to come by stating:

“I am at the point where I don’t trust his national security team. They strike me as politicized, defensive and narrow. These are people who will not recognize it when they screw up, and will treat as enemies anyone who tells them they are doing that. And that is how things like Vietnam get repeated. Harsh words, I know. But I am worried.”

Equally worried, and as evidenced in this report, are Russian officials who speculate that Obama may have already started a mass purge of US dissidents and is hiding their deaths within the “false statistics” of what the Americans are calling a flu epidemic, but which strangely appears to be only targeting Americans as this virus has yet to appear in any other nation.

Where William Schaffner, chairman of the department of preventive medicine at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee estimates this “US only”flu epidemic has killed at least 36,000 Americans so far, this report notes this number “grossly exceeds” what one should expect from this virus.

Pointing to a more likely culprit in these mass American deaths, this MFA report says, is a hidden viral gene recently discovered in genetically modified crops (GMO) (which Americans consume more of than anyone one in the world) by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). According to the EU scientists who discovered this hidden viral gene, its sole function is “designed to disable their host in order to facilitate pathogen invasion.”

To if the Obama regime would result in the wholesale murder of human beings by secretly infecting the US food supply with a viral gene designed to break down the defenses of all who it infected appears to be so, and as evidenced by the highly Obama supportive publication Salon.com who sent shockwaves throughout America this past week when they openly advocated the taking of human life to further their agenda.

And to a nation such as America, this report says, where Obama is now creating “disposition matrix” maps to carry out extrajudicial murders for years to come, and where his top law enforcement officer, Attorney General Eric Holder, say their regime has the power to kill any citizen they so choose without either charges or trial, MFA experts in this report warn that the United States descent to barbarism is not yet to come, but is already a reality.

What remains most appalling in the United States, however, is its so-called “mainstream” news media who continue their agenda of failing to inform the American people of the holocaust being planned against them.

And with the most prestigious military institution in America, West Point, having just issued a paper warning about “far right” groups such as the “anti-federalist” movement, who support basic values like “civil activism, individual freedoms and self-government,” now being labeled by the Obama regime as “domestic terrorists,” one would surely have to be blind to not see how near this holocaust truly is.

Even worse, and as evidenced by one of America's best-known critics of the War on Terror, Dr. Kevin Barrett, even those most supportive of freedom now live in terror of the regime Obama has created, and as we can read as he recently wrote:

“The problem with Obama’s kill list is that it is targeting good people (like Aaron Swartz) not bad people (like names deleted for reasons of National Security). The bad people are the ones running the kill list. They are the ones who should be (remainder of sentence deleted for reasons of National Security). So let me hereby state that I am not only an inveterate opponent of Obama’s kill list, I am so angry about it that I would support putting an end to it by any means, including (remainder of sentence deleted for reasons of National Security). So shoot me.”

Our southern border is, in part, protected by the Tethered Aerostat Radar System (TARS), which utilizes moored balloons hovering at about 15,000 feet to identify low flying aircraft and missiles that may penetrate the border and cross into U.S. airspace.

The system is utilized by the U.S. Air Force, North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD),  and U.S. Customs and Border Protection for a number of missions including detection of drug smuggling and preservation of the air sovereignty of the continental United States.

According to Exelis Systems Corporation, the company that built and jointly maintains TARS with the U.S. Air Force, the government has ordered a complete shutdown of Aerostat flight operations:

The government also indicated its intent that aerostat flight operations will cease on March 15, 2013, and that the remainder of the fiscal year will be used to deflate aerostats, disposition equipment, and prepare sites for permanent closure. We are currently reviewing all the details of the RfP and evaluating the possible impacts on the program and our workforce. We continue to communicate with the government on this matter, and we will have more information in the coming days and weeks.

An Exelis employee close to the TARS project had this to say about the closure of the sites:

“Not only will this closure mean hundreds of people will be out of jobs, but it also means our borders will not be safe, especially along the remote U.S. Mexico Border like in Texas.

These defense radars detect low flying aircraft infiltrating our borders.

Without these defense radars, low flying aircraft will go undetected.

It will be open season for any drug/gun/slave smugglers, terrorists flying in with nukes, low altitude missiles, or even a full scale low elevation invasion/attack against America.”

With China actively and openly deploying Russian-made low altitude strategic bombers, designing EMP weapons capable of disabling the country’s power grid infrastructure, and establishing economic zones within the United States, it’s difficult to imagine the motivation behind the move to further weaken U.S. air defenses on the southern border.

If September 11, 2001 was any indication of our air defense capabilities, and considering that any ground invasion of the United States would originate on our southern border, then wouldn’t we want as many early warning systems as possible to be actively protecting our country in these specific areas?

Instead, the U.S. government has chosen to shutdown this outward facing surveillance system, and instead, turn the surveillance inward, on the American people.

Garrow, who has friends in high places, including the U.S. military, made a startling claim on his Facebook page Sunday, which if true, should leave no doubt about why the Obama administration is moving full force to seize firearms from law abiding Americans and why the US government’s law enforcement and security assets have been making preparations for years in anticipation of social breakdown and widespread civil unrest.

According to Garrow, the Obama administration has been rapidly retiring or re-assigning US military leaders based on a new ‘litmus test’ of their loyalty:

When pressed for the source of his information and asked why the senior military leader would not reveal his name, Garrow responded by saying, “I believe that the gentleman has done what he should and allowed all of us to sound the alarm.”

He revealed only that the man who shared this information, “is one of America’s foremost military heroes,” suggesting the source is a public figure.

Paul Joseph Watson of Infowars notes that this new ‘litmus test’ comes at a time when millions of Americans are already suspicious of the government’s motives behind a number of actions, including the most recent push to disarm the population:

Garrow’s claim is even more explosive given that the country is in the throes of a national debate about gun control, with gun rights advocates keen to insist that the founders put the second amendment in the Constitution primarily as a defense against government tyranny.

It also follows reports on Sunday that General James Mattis, head of the United States Central Command, “is being told to vacate his office several months earlier than planned.”

Would Jim Garrow put his reputation on the line by spreading a rumor or simply make this up to garner attention?

Or, is it possible that he does in fact have a high level military source who is privy to this information – someone who has himself been removed from his position because he didn’t pass the litmus test?

Should the Obama administration take Executive Actions against Americans in the event of a scenario where gun confiscation becomes reality or a collapse of our economic system leads to a complete meltdown of law and order on the streets of America, the administration would likely deploy military assets under martial law to subdue any uprisings or riots.

The only way this could be done is if military leaders are willing to command their subordinates to deploy against the American people and fire on them if necessary.

If Garrow’s claims are true, one can only shudder at the thought of what the end-game may be.

Forget Wal-Mart and skip your local gun show. The murderers of tomorrow will not be found wearing orange vests at your local sporting goods store. They won’t have NRA memberships or trophies on their walls.

You won’t find them in America. Look for them in Obamerica.

67% of firearm murders took place in the country’s 50 largest metro areas. The 62 cities in those metro areas have a firearm murder rate of 9.7, more than twice the national average. Among teenagers the firearm murder rate is 14.6 or almost three times the national average. Those numbers are from six years ago. They have grown worse since.

Those are the crowded cities of Obamerica. The places with the most restrictive gun control laws and the highest crime rates. These are the places where the family is broken, money comes from the government and immigrants crowd in from some of the most violent parts of the world bringing with them their own organized crime. These are also the places that have run by Democrats and their political machines for almost as long as they have been broken.

Obama won every major city in the election, except for Jacksonville and Salt Lake City. And the higher the death rate, the bigger his victory. He won New Orleans by 80 to 17 where the murder rate is ten times higher than the national average. He won Detroit, where the murder rate of 53 per 100,000 people is the second highest in the country and twice as high as any country in the world, including the Congo and South Africa. He won it 73 to 26. And then he celebrated his victory in Chicago where the murder rate is three times the statewide average.

These places aren’t America. They’re Obamerica.

In 2006, the 54% of the population living in those 50 metro areas was responsible for 67% of armed killings nationwide. Those are disproportionate numbers especially when you consider that for the people living in most of those cities walking into a store and legally buying a gun is all but impossible.

Mayors of Obamerican cities blame guns because it’s easier than blaming people and now the President of Obamerica has turned to the same shameless tactic. The NRA counters that people kill people, but that’s exactly why Obamerican leaders would rather talk about the guns.

Chicago, the capital of Obamerica, is a city run by gangs and politicians. It has 68,000 gang members, four times the number of police officers. Chicago politicians solicit the support of gang members in their campaigns, accepting laundered contributions from them, hiring their members and tipping them off about upcoming police raids. And their biggest favor to the gang bosses is doing nothing about the epidemic of gang violence.

The Tactical Training Center (TTC) was redesignated the German Air Force Flying Training Center (GAFFTC) on July 1, 1999 in conjunction with its growing mission, and officially activate on March 31, 2000. It is today the largest training facility of the German Air Force. On 29 September 1999 two Luftwaffe Tornados crashed near Marathon Indian Basin, about 15 miles northwest of Carlsbad, New Mexico. The following important information is what I personally uncovered when interviewing German Bundeswehr soldiers both in America and in Germany.
I spent 6 weeks in ALAMOGORDO, NM, home to HOLLOMAN AFB, now given to the GERMAN MILITARY (BUNDESWEHR LUFTWAFFE). I also spent 6 months investigating in GERMANY in 2001 as well. The following is very important information I uncovered during research. Although the following is classified information according to one CIA and local source, I was informed that Alamogordo is secretly UNDERUN JURISDICTION AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS THAT ACCOMPANY IT, as well as local laws.

American locals in Alamogordo, NM, admitted to methat the German Bundeswehr Luftwaffe (Air Force) stationed at Holloman AFBwere boasting that they were there for martial law, and that they would not have a problem arresting or firing upon the American civilians under martial law.
According to one source I interviewed,  they were meeting in a restaurant after church with their group from Peace Tabernacle, when a German officer came up to them and made the following statement:

"Do you Americans KNOW WHY we GERMAN military are here in America? We are here to ARREST you, FIRE UPON you and SEIZE YOUR WEAPONS under martial law!"

"Your President keeps sending OUT more and more of your AMERICAN troops and bringing in more and more of us FOREIGN TROOPS, because he knows that YOUR AMERICAN MILITARY don't really want to arrest you, fire upon you and seize your weapons under martial law. Several years later, while investigating in Germany for 6 months, I had the following interview with German military.
These German Bundeswehr, fresh from the killing fields of Kosovo and the UN/NWO agenda for that region, admitted the following to me in Munich as I interviewed them in the train station.

"Look, Pam, a soldier IS A SOLDIER! And sure, though the German military in America enjoy your American booze and your babes and rock music, A SOLDIER IS A SOLDIER, and under martial law they will not hesitate to fire upon you when commanded by their superiors. Otherwise they will risk court martial!"
And while I was in Germany, Germany' s leader Schroeder then pledged 4,000 of his crack Bundeswehr, freshly trained in the killing fields of Kosovo (KFOR/SFOR) to assist the US military in the war on "terrorism."

Aren't these the same German Bundeswehr UN/Peacekeepers, training in Kosovo, who made the underground videos simulating rape, torture and execution of civilians under occupation??? Yes.

Aren't these the same German Bundeswehr who have trained to participate in roadblocks, and weapons seizure/destruction, according to UN literature, that I have reported on earlier??? Yes.

Aren't these the same German Bundeswehr who have admitted they know all about martial law and won't have a problem firing upon us or arresting us in America??? Yes.

Interestingly, the United Nations has already divided the USA into FEMA ten regions, with different foreign troops assigned to patrol and guard each region under coming martial law/NWO conquest. And indeed German soldiers and military are among the foreign troops assigned to various regions.

When he arrived, he met a German Soldier (pic above) who volunteered to be interviewed. On Monday, renowned author and humanitarian Dr. Jim Garrow made a shocking claim about what we can expect to see in Obama's second term.

Garrow made the following Facebook post:

This comes on the heels of Sunday's report in the Washington Free Beacon (WFB) that the head of Central Command, Marine Corps Gen. James Mattis is being dismissed by Obama and will leave his post in March.

The WFB article states:

“Word on the national security street is that General James Mattis is being given the bum’s rush out of his job as commander of Central Command, and is being told to vacate his office several months earlier than planned.”

Did Gen. Mattis refuse to "fire on U.S. citizens?

The increase in Americans opting out of the labor force during Obama’s first term resulted in a decrease in the labor force participation rate from 65.7 percent in January 2009, the month Obama was first inaugurated, to 63.6 percent in December 2012, the latest month reported. Before Obama took office, the labor force participation rate had not been as low as 63.6 percent since 1981, the year President Ronald Reagan took over from President Jimmy Carter.

In January 2009, the month Obama was inaugurated, there were 7,442,377 Americans collecting federal disability insurance, according to the Social Security Administration. By December 2012, the latest month reported, there were 8,827,795 collecting disability, an increase of 1,385,418. With 115,868,000 people working full-time in December, according the Bureau of Labor Statistics, there was 1 person collecting disability for every 13 people working full-time.

On Jan. 20, 2009, when Obama was first inaugurated, the total debt of the federal government was $10,626,877,048,913.08, according to the U.S. Treasury. As of the close of business on Jan. 17, the last day reported by the Treasury before Obama’s second inauguration, the total debt of the federal government was $16,432,631,489,854.70.

Thus, from Obama’s first inauguration to his second, the federal government’s debt grew by $5,805,754,440,941.62.

Given that the Census Bureau currently estimates that there are 114,916,000 households in the United States, the $5,805,754,440,941.62 debt increase under Obama equals about $50,521 per household.

OBAMA LEADING NATION INTO ‘FULL-ON DEPRESSION’Pollster: ‘I cannot remember a time when America was this despondent’

Barack Obama has led the nation into a “full-on depression,” according to a new poll that indicates only one in three people believes America is going in the right direction.

The poll shows a whopping 38 percent of Democrats believe America in general is “on the wrong track” or they are not sure.

The results are from a telephone poll conducted for WND by the public-opinion research and media consulting company Wenzel Strategies. It was taken Jan. 9-12 and carries a margin of error of plus or minus 3.22 percentage points.

On the basic question, 34 percent said the nation is going the right direction, 60 percent said America is on the wrong track and 6 percent said they were unsure.

The 60 percent included an overwhelming 84 percent of Republicans, a strong 66 percent majority of independents and even 30 percent of the Democrats.

“At the beginning of a second presidential term, you generally expect the country to be in full-bore optimism, in part as an endorsement of the re-elected president and in part a reflection of the nation settled in its current course,” said Fritz Wenzel, president of his strategies organization.

“We saw that with Reagan, we saw that with Clinton, and we saw that with George W. Bush. But that is not what we find with Obama,” he said.

“The country is already in full-on depression, as just 34 percent said they think things in America are headed in the right direction. Even among Democrats, just 62 percent said they think things are headed in the right direction, an abysmal figure for the president’s own fellow party members.”

He continued: “There is just no sugar-coating this – America may have liked Obama more than Romney, but they have no confidence in his leadership. This spells nothing but tough sledding for the nation over the next four years. Politically, it’s bound to get very ugly as the nation continues in a downward spiral and leaders in Washington point fingers across the political aisle. Forget solutions and reform for the next four years – the only thing coming from Washington will be blame for our sorry condition. This survey finding reflects that the nation is in the process of giving up hope.”

Even among those who called themselves “very liberal,” only 59 percent approve of the direction the nation is moving. At the opposite end of the scale, 90 percent of the “very conservative” said the nation is going down the wrong path.

Only 45 percent of Americans believe the nation’s best days still are ahead. Fifty-five percent said they are long gone.

“I cannot remember a time when America was this despondent. Our survey shows 55 percent of American adults believe America’s best days are now behind us, while just 45 percent said they think the brightest days are still ahead,” said Wenzel.

“Here we are, four years into a recession, with Washington acting – and spending – like the economy is booming and everything is rosy. This shocking disconnect between Washington leaders and the American public has perhaps never been greater,” he said.

“This finding is undoubtedly a reflection of the belief among most Americans that their leader has lost his way. Or maybe they just think that he doesn’t believe in America as that shining city on a hill, and so have lost their hope in their own country. It could very well be, at least for some, a despondent reaction to his re-election and the in-your-face attitude that the White House has adopted in dealing with the Congress in general, Republicans in Washington in particular, and Obama’s callous disregard for the massive problems that are about to destroy our nation,” Wenzel said.

“His first solution to every problem is to increase government spending and regulation, which Americans have consistently rejected. A majority still opposes Obamacare, and a majority opposed TARP and auto bailout. The idea that the nation may well have passed the point of no return in many areas may well be behind this shocking poll finding.”

Another section of the same poll revealed that there is a “shocking willingness” on the part of Americans to give up their privacy and freedoms for the sake of “safety.” It showed that while 61 percent say domestic drones violate privacy rights, 20 percent of the people are just fine with the idea. Further, 46 percent said local governments should use cameras to monitor traffic.

In related research, Wenzel also found that one in seven Americans sees a dictator in the nation’s future, and another one in five says it eventually will break up into several sovereign regions.

The survey revealed that more than one in four believe the United States likely will collapse not just in their lifetime, but in the next decade.

Also, Wenzel earlier revealed that the seeds of tyranny already are present in America, with a heavily armed law enforcement presence and a population holding a disbelief that their government could do anything that would make them want to revolt.

As reported here back in May of 2011 skip-tracer and debt collector Al Hendershot uncovered an alias tied to Barack Obama's Connecticut social security number and Michelle Obama. The following short clip is taken from Hendershot's original TruNews interview that aired back in 2011. He explains how the three  are tied together:

Dr. Orly Taitz found the 1940 New York Census at Ancestry.com. The image below is taken from that census which list Harry Bounel and also shows he was born in 1890. That is the same year connected to Obama's social security number. It's also reported Bounel lived in Connecticut at one point. Obama's social security number is a number reserved for CT applicants.

Here are some excerpts from Dr. Taitz's blog on her research efforts in regards to Bounel:
According to 1940 census Harry Bounel was born in Russia in 1890. This is the date of birth on some of Lexis records associated with the Social Security number 042-68-4425, worked as a helper in a store. It is hard to read the name of the store, looks like Zonick store . I will try to get records from Russia. I just got off the phone with a Russian reporter. Also, we had some records showing Harry Bounel residing with Robinson family in CT in 1910. I need help in getting any and all info on Michele Robinson Obama’s great grand mother Rose Ella Cohen, the name strikes me as a name of a Jewish woman from Russia. I need to know, if she was married before she married Robinson. [...]
We see Bounel residing in CT in 1910. The Social Security was issued in 1977 in CT. He was 87 at that time. There was a hospital next to Newton. It was a Newtown psychiatric hospital, where some elderly without family resided their last days. The hospital later was renamed to Fairfield state hospital. This is where the bodies of the Sandy Hook victims were taken for autopsy. What is interesting, is that the hospital contained not only death records, it also for some reason contained immigration and deportation records. My guess is, that most of the info was scrubbed, however these people are sloppy. They did not flatten the PDF file and we got direct connection between Obama and this Ct SSN 042-68-4425 straight from the horses mouth, from the Squatter in Chief Obama. [...]
I see Newtown is right next to DANBURY (where you had placed the switched identities Obama and his Connecticut Social Security number. You had surmised that the identity was taken from someone at a local Danbury NURSING HOME. The official name of the “Newtown nut house” was the FAIRFIELD STATE HOSPITAL. (renamed Fairfield Hills Hospital). Mentally ill patients who had died were buried on site. [...]
What we found out that in 1976-1977, when new SSN laws were adopted, when this CT SNN 042-68-4425 was issued either in Danbury or in Stamford CT Social Security office (both near the hospital) elderly individuals needed to get a SSN in order to get medicare benefits. When people were elderly or patients in the psychiatric hospital, the applications were filled out by the hospital employees. (I saw patients in an advanced Alzheimer’s facility in Ca voting in each and every election. I wonder, how are they voting . So, if elderly Bounel was in this facility, his SSN application was filled out by the hospital personal and signed by the hospital administrator. Please, hurry, everything is being scrubbed as we speak!!! I need any and all info on Harry Bounel, his whereabouts, his Social Security number, place and time of death and all of the info on Rose Ella Cohen, paternal great grand mother of Michelle Obama.
