Just a tap on the shoulder

A passenger in a taxi leaned over to ask the driver a question and tapped him on the shoulder. The driver screamed, lost control of the cab, nearly hit a bus, drove up over the curb, and stopped just inches from a large plate glass window. For a few moments everything was silent in the cab, and then the still shaking driver said, "I'm sorry, but you scared the daylights out of me." The frightened passenger apologized to the driver and said he didn't realize a mere tap on the shoulder could frighten him so much. The driver replied, "No, no, I'm sorry, it's entirely my fault. Racism

Everyone is in a hurry to scream "racism" these days! A customer asked "In what aisle could I find the Polish sausage?" The clerk looks at him and says, "Are you Polish?" The guy (clearly offended) says, "Well, yes I am. But let me ask you something." "If I had asked for Italian sausage would you ask me if I was Italian?" "Or if I had asked for German bratwurst, would you ask me if I was German?" "Or if I asked for a kosher hot dog would you ask me if I was Jewish?" "Or if I had asked for a Taco would you ask if I was Mexican?" "Would you? Would you?" The clerk says, "Well, no!" "If I asked for some Irish whiskey, would you ask if I was Irish?" "Well, I probably wouldn't!" With deep self-righteous indignation, the guy says, "Well then, why did you ask me if I'm Polish because I asked for Polish sausage?"

The clerk replies, "No................. because you're in Home Depot."

Kentucky's Double Up Game

Kentucky's new game Double Up Cash will not be sold after the May 28th drawing. Winning tickets can be claimed up to 180 days from draw date.

That was the message sent down today on lottery terminals. I was told that it was because they sold more winning tickets then the money they took in on the game. I guess this games falls in with the ranks of, "Kentucky's The Pick" game.
