Mega Millions

Two tickets will share the $35 million jackpot in Tuesday night's multi-state Mega Millions lottery drawing.

Lottery officials said the winning tickets matching all five lotto balls and the Mega Ball were sold in Wilmington, Calif., and Saginaw, Mich.

The prize for Friday's drawing drops back to $12 million.

Five tickets had all five lotto numbers but not the Mega Ball and pay $250,000 apiece: 3 from New York, 1 from Texas, and 1 from Washington.

Also, 17 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball, and for a $10,000 prize.

The winning numbers from Tuesday's drawing were: 7, 8, 47, 51 and 52. The Mega Ball was 5.

The Texas Megaplier was 3.

HAPPY THURSDAY......EVERYONE.......12/1/2005

CONGRATS...to the Winners, they deserve every penny of it......and I hope the Residents of  CALI keep playing, especially in Defiance and Rebellion against the ongoing fight over the M&M.......In much the same vain as Americans continued to make and drink Bootleg Wiskey during Prohibition

However, if this issue is still being debated by the Gaming Board, the Legislature and the Courts of CALI, why are the residents of CALI, allowed to play the M&M Tickets, in the first place????

How can they Gamble on the M&M, as long as the arguments to keep or desolve the Game are still "burning in the frying pan"???????.....None of this makes any sense to me....and CALI Gamblers are Playing and  Winning !!!!!!!BUT , then again, it's about Making Business and Profit, and as long as they keep Winning, everybody ESPECIALLY, UNCLE SAM.....WINS BIG....."HYPOCRITES"

Thud

I'm thinking it's because the issue at hand is going to be dropped or thrown out of the courts.

Gov Arnold approved MM. His political stock has been tanking however.

if they pull MM out of California then all the people who won a jackpot should not get anything because thats not fair for the rest of us.  its better when only one ticket wins.  Well goodluck to the winners, hope the jackpot doesn't ruin your life, because winning the lottery does have problems of its own

Sorry, but the winners are entitled to their winnings whether MM stays or goes.

That is fair.

HAPPY FRIDAY....12/2/05....TO EVERYONE......

I agree w/both of you totally........on all accounts......In fact, if the "DEMOS" plan to take back the Governor's Manse in Sacramento......they'd better change their attitudes fast.......

That makes no sense. Why should previous winners have to give the money back just because the state might be pulling out of MM? They won the money, they should get to keep the money...and they will. It has nothing to do with anyone who didn't happen to win.

They won, and they received their money (in lump sum), so they should be allowed to keep it. You can argue the second MM winner should not be allowed to their winnings since AFAIK they haven't claimed.
