Two Florida Lotto players share $12 million jackpot
Two tickets matched all six Florida Lotto numbers to share a jackpot of $12 million, lottery officials said Sunday.
The winning tickets were bought in the cities of Tampa and North Miami, officials said.
Other prizes included:
- 145 tickets matched five numbers to win $3,571 each
- 8,339 tickets matched four numbers for $50 each
- 140,060 tickets matched three numbers for $4 each
The winning Florida Lotto numbers selected Saturday were 15-17-21-27-29-43.
Mega Money
One ticket matched the four winning numbers plus the Mega Ball number to collect an estimated $500,000 in the Mega Money game, the Florida Lottery said Saturday.
The winning ticket was bought in the city of Bunnell, lottery officials said.
Other prizes included:
- Three tickets won $$3,165.50 each for picking 4-of-4
- 56 tickets won $371.50 each for picking 3-of-4 plus the Mega Ball number
- 1,201 tickets won $51.50 each for picking 3-of-4
- 1,815 tickets won $23.50 each for picking 2-of-4 numbers plus the Mega Ball
- 15,016 tickets won $2.50 each for picking 2-of-4
- 36,056 tickets won $2 each for matching one number plus the Mega Ball
- 36,027 players won a free Quick Pick ticket for matching the Mega Ball
The numbers drawn Friday night were 14-16-30-43 and the Mega Ball was 12.
Fantasy 5
Two winners of the Fantasy 5 game will collect $159,939.07 each, the Florida Lottery said Sunday.
The winning tickets were bought in the cities of Hollywood and Port St. Lucie, lottery officials reported.
Other prizes included:
- 468 tickets matching 4-of-5 numbers will collect $110 each
- 13,756 tickets matching 3-of-5 won $10.50 each
- 128,436 tickets won a Quick Pick ticket for picking 2-of-5
The numbers drawn Saturday night were 7-23-31-33-35.


So all the jackpots were won this week in Florida, nice.
So two ticket holders win $1.87M each and one person wins $325k. Unless the winners represent a before picture on a diet ad how are they big?

As long as Jeb Bush is governor (fortunately FL has term limits), FL is not joining a multi-state game. FL's next governor, who will take office next year, needs to allow the state to join Powerball.
