Canada Super 7

Carolyn Tweede has become Ottawa's latest millionaire after winning $2.5 million in last Friday's Super 7 lottery.

After buying "a ticket every week, for quite a few years," the longtime Ottawa resident said she discovered Monday that she had finally got a winning ticket, her first win ever.

Mrs. Tweede, 62, said there will be no major lifestyle changes for her and her husband.

"We're just gonna help our kids and invest it," she said.

"We'll maybe take a trip or two," she laughed.

Seven years ago, Mrs. Tweede retired from The Ottawa Hospital, where she worked as a nurse. She plans to continue working at her job in a doctor's office.

HAHA! Here we go again. BedThey are so full of it, even with that lower amount. At least I hope they are full of it and are just saying what advisors tell them to say. I get so sick of hearing that canned lame response. When I win I am going to do the opposite and say that "I am going to live it up bigtime!" Then not do much at all...

Congrats to her! I would love to win a prize of that size or any size jackpot for that matter. Yes Nod
