this is a great story... with his incredible and generous donation, he will be the kind of person where " lightning " will strike twice
Not necessarily, since history has shown us that winning one or more lottery multi-million dollar net jackpots has no correlation to a person's character and/or philanthropy bent. Rather, we have read of several of these jackpot winners who within months gave huge amounts of monies to charities and people in need ... and within a decade disparagingly report that they don't have any of their lottery win remaining; since they refused to quit their full-time job, etc. and instead allowing and accepting the required part-time job of keeping a biweekly, keen auditors eye on their winfall's total balance, sub balances, investments, financial advisers, accountants, life-long quarterly tax payment requirements, etc.
Having several millions of dollars in my financial accounts means receiving several valuable services each day!
