Georgia must not be a state that you can claim winnings anonymously. Too bad. That does explain the look of concern on his face in the picture.
Well, that is sort of quasi the line from the Georgia Lottery, but there is nothing on their web site saying the do or don't let you do anon, however there have been winners in the past that have claimed anonymously with LLCs and trusts. It seems that it is good to get an attorney to deal with them on this point. I think as long as you don't ask, then they sure aren't going to tell you about it. But if you go about it the right way, it can be done. I'm assuming that this fellow didn't know. Probably didn't understand the concept, and the lottery folks dang sure weren't going to tell him.
