Well, you know what they say about the government..."If it makes sense..." If these guys in prison can plot, plan, case, execute breaking into people's homes, catch a store at its' peak hours to run in and steal, or catch it when it's empty and rob it, then they have a brain and are trainable. In all the scenarios here, innocent people have been killed and it's not fair that they are just sent to a life long vacation...sorry, I'm not with that.

If I'm going to pay for a convicted felon to remain alive on a clear cut murder charge, his a** needs to be in a uniform, in the middle east, with rounds being fired at him and flying by within several feet of his head! They need to see what it feels like to really be afraid of losing their own life...be in a real fire fight with others armed just as heavy as they are and want to kill them. For me, there's just no debate.

L.L.

I agree that they don't deserve a lifelong vacation, but that does'nt change the fact that the military does'nt want them .

Their plan was not executed w/ sucsess, that's why their in prison.

Please don't compare Military Service with that piece of trash. By the way ;A lot of service men are not afforded that lifestyle. Armforces radio was as good as it got.

May the families be given a sense of peace .

I think more towards the families then allowing a criminal any part of my life thoughts.

            May justice be swift .

I tip my hat to the detective who played a hunch by entering those lottery ticket numbers into that database.

If that suspect is indeed the POS who committed those atrocious murders, and he gets convicted and put away (hopefully for life without parole), it will be a job well done for all of us.

A very sad news for small amount of dollars...If this man, could have been more persistent in playing lotto, he might have won in a lottery and not end up being accused of murder...

Yeah, and it boils down to money...saving money, but at the expense of another life taken. It costs less for a life term without parole than to execute.   -Lucky Loser

I'm not sure I understand how it's cheaper to keep someone alive for 30-40 years than just to electrocute them, or lethal injection, rope, firing squad.  Maybe I missed something here.
