I would pick my own numbers instead of quick picks.

PowerBall probably knows, ahead of time, what the next combination will be and programs each machine to not generate that combination on the quick pick.

I'm guessing this happens at the early rounds.

This is profitable to PowerBall because, once the jackpot reaches an extremely large amount is when everyone comes out of the woodwork to buy tickets.

Once they feel they've made enough money, the start playing fairly.

    EEK. This is Ali Larter, an actress from my favorite NBC show Heroes. She's hailing from Cherry Hill.

    I've never seen that show Heroes. I have to check it out.
