Bleudog read the article wrong.  Mea culpa it was from the airport in Dubai!!  I'm curious though, can raffle tickets be purchased throughout Dubai or just the duty free zone in the airport???

l'd  rather he won  $100M.  Congratulations!.

I Agree!  very happy he survived that horrible plane crash, that's One very Blessed Man!

I think I'll start buying a 4 Digit Ticket @ The Dubai International Airport! Who am I kidding I couldn't win if it was only a 1 digit number between 1 & 2!

I do know, if we don't get a win of some kind really soon so we can move to a bigger place with a/c, a non leaking roof, then when the Judge gives my kid Custody of my Granddaughter, Because of her deplorable living conditions an treatment with the ex we'll be more then up a Huge CRAP Creek w/out a Paddle!

          Congratulations to this gentleman.

I hope that one $2 ticket is the only one that matches all 5 numbers plus the Powerball to win the largest Powerball Jackpot in United States history of over $2 Billion Dollars!

I googled that raffle.  It was very interesting their website and seeing folks from all over winning $1 million as well as luxury cars.  Some Americans were in the mix too.  The photographs are taken from far away, hard to discern who's who.

Set-out to educate Indian convenience store owners today.  Asked for a $20 igift.  So now they now how to do that.  Had to educate non-Indian store owners here in town so as not to single any specific group out.  Maybe the Kentucky lottery needs to teach the clerks/owners on how to do this.

The last time I connected in DXB they only had the super car raffle for which one ticket was 400$ I believe.

This 1 000 000 $ raffle is just as sucky, one ticket costs 280$ !

That's a crappy deal when you can play 280 MM drawings for the same cost.

They don't give odds either! But you can order online, so that's something I guess.

                        Gutern Morgen!!

I saw that some were internet purchases.  Had no idea they cost that much.

No odds=no play as far as I'm concerned.
