The Holiday Millionaire Raffle is underway in Kansas, giving players in the state their best odds at winning $1 million before the end of the holiday season.

The Kansas Lottery's Holiday Millionaire Raffle has returned for another year, and it's brought with it a familiar lineup of cash prizes, multiple drawings, and the biggest early-buyer bonus the game has to offer.

At $20 per ticket, players can enter for a chance to win $1 million with a total of 150,000 tickets being printed. With a single Grand Prize, that's a 1 in 150,000 shot at a million-dollar chunk of cash.

Players shouldn't wait until the last minute to buy their tickets if they want to maximize their chances at winning a prize. There are three Early Bird drawings taking place over the next three months, with the first one scheduled for tomorrow, Oct. 4, which lead up to the Grand Prize drawing.

Tickets purchased before an Early Bird drawing will be eligible for that upcoming drawing, any subsequent Early Bird drawing, and the Grand Prize drawing. Raffle tickets must be purchased by 6:59 p.m. on the day of the drawing to be eligible for the drawing on the designated day.

The Early Bird drawings are scheduled for Oct. 4, Nov. 8, and Dec. 6. Results of each Early Bird drawing, as well as the final main drawing, will be published on Lottery Post's Kansas Lottery Results page.

Each Early Bird drawing awards a $30,000 cash prize. The Final Drawing has more cash prizes to offer as well. In addition to one Grand Prize of $1 million, there will be one prize of $100,000, one prize of $25,000, two prizes of $10,000, ten prizes of $5,000, 30 prizes of $1,000, 800 prizes of $100, and 4,800 prizes of $50.

The odds of winning each prize depends on the number of tickets sold. If not all tickets are sold, prizes may be pari-mutuel, the Kansas Lottery advises.

Tickets are on sale now at Kansas Lottery retailers across the state. Tickets are not sold online. Sales continue through 6:59 p.m. CT on Sunday, Jan. 3, 2027 or until all 150,000 tickets are gone. The Grand Prize winning number will be announced on television around noon on Monday, Jan. 4, 2027.

Winners of prizes of $1,000 or more must claim their cash prize at Kansas Lottery headquarters in Topeka or by mail within one year of the drawing.
