i didnt want to waste this post so though i mention something... remember when i said that you could create 2 story building houses subdivision complexes like they do in japan...by that i mean that is a long 2 story building where 1 house is ontop another house and is a subdivision of this...well if you did the houses/subdivisions they will costs: 25% or more less/cheaper the rent or the price.... and i thought: Those 25% or more can go into a large swimming pool for each...
