Hoosier Lottery: Den of Thieves...
Four4me:You're correct when you say that Hoosiers don't know how to pick their numbers. You're also correct when you say that no one forces them to play. However, you couldn't be more wrong when you say that this is not the lottery's fault. It is entirely their fault.By the same token, no one forces you to play in Maryland, either, but I'm assuming you do. Now, given that, would you be so confident in your proven abilities if you discovered tomorrow morning that your state decided to switch to a

Gail Howard's Software
1> I am the sole creator of the system, I developed this software because I wanted a tool that had features no other software had.2> My system has not been in use very long by users who have been working with it. It is a very complex system, and requires alot of time to setup and design the filter structures for a single lottery. You asked what has it won? To date, I have not been informed of a single successful prediction. Why is that? The software was just released as a BETA versi

being cheated by the gas station clerks
Hi everyone, I'd like to share my experience with one of the lottery vendors. I was in a gas station in a village located in north west suburbs of Chicago, IL. I got gas and bought a lucky day ticket. When I was paying, there were two clerks. I paid one of them for gas, and I said lucky day two dollars please . The other guy said quietly to the guy who served me you have lucky day ezmatch . The clerk who served me asked me if I would take a $2 ticket with ezmatch. I said Ok, I will take it

how did you do in 2016?
2016 was terrible hellible for me...but this was the first year I've started playing lottery. I played my first powerball ticket when the news was a buzz with the billion dollar jackpot up last January. The most I won was $50 off a $10 scratcher. However, I've won a handful of prizes between $10-35 with scratch offs. The draw games, the most I've hit has been 3 numbers right...but usually only 2. I've done everything: megamillions, powerball (not as often), cash4life, state lotteries, etc. q

Distribution of Winners in Instant Ticket Packs - How is it done?
For scratchers the necessary number of winning tickets have to be deliberately printed, so they're clearly not random in the same way winning tickets are for PB. As for minimum guarantees in each pack, they can easily do that while still making the position of winning tickets within each pack random. I'm also sure that it's a safe bet that the minimum guarantee is significantly below the average value of winners per pack. The purpose would just be to ensure that no pack is 100% losers even thoug
