Are you willing to share your secrets to help others win too ?
It amazes me that people spend hours and hours in a day trying to find a way to beat the lottery. There is no guaranteed way to beat the lottery. The odds to win the jackpot in powerball are 1 in 195,249,054 and in mega millions are 1 in 175,711,536. A game that is random and has those odds can only be won by luck. The real concern is what to do if you actually won. I would do everything I could to remain anonymous! I would totally keep it a secret. I would not tell anyone, especially not family

Jackpot Win at my usual store!!
The first time I read your post it looked like you were saying that within one state, different machines use different Quick Pick software. When I re-read a few times I drew the correct conclusion that the software varies among states, but not WITHIN a state. I am posting this comment in case anyone else drew that same conclusion. It's worth stating again: within a single state, every terminal uses the same algorithm for choosing random numbers. I'm sure some people may be surprised t

What You Have To Look Forward To...
It amazes me how often people can have something shoved in thier faces and still not be able to see it.Below are some press releases from the Hoosier Lottery website. I'm sure that many of you will be able to convince yourselves that they're just kidding because, after all, they have too much to lose...For those of you who want the truth, read on. The remainder of you may now bury your heads in the sand, lest this information disturb the natural order in Xanadu...

PA New Year's Raffle
In reply to Crazy Wombat: I too am surprised the next one is starting in a few days and ends March-19th. That's a lousy date, but maybe the PA Lottery has it all figured out this time. But doubt it though, since the 4th quarter raffle, which is a busy ticket buying time, didn't sell out. They'll be lucky to sell 300K tickets in 2 months during winter. May be a good time to play, but leery of glitches along with the remote possibility of PA Lottery flaking out and extending the deadline. In

Scratch Off Theories.. Fact Or Fiction?
Two thoughts here. First.. I have a friend who owns the local party store. Sells lotto and scratch offs. He says in our area (small population) he doesn't activate the $10 and $20 tickets since he says from history no one buys them.. but the state continually sends them to him. So they sit in the back room til he sends them back... possibly months. So, how many of those rolls do you think have big winners on them? He thinks the state knows he has history of not activating, so they sen

Attention State Lottery Officials - Here's What The Players Want
WASHINGTON STATE: I want the thermal printers printing routine the same speed for betslip selections as it is for QP selections. It is a software fix and There is nothing wrong with the data stream to the terminal, it's how the data is printed that is wrong: the rate. That is a software problem, or is it to encourage QP's only? It is a software problem. Fix it! If you do not like systems players who bet more and often, then ban betslips. Your self-serve kiosks do not allow direct digit ent

Money Matters 101
What's up, 'Hawk? I agree with you 100% about giving help to people which is why I started this thread. Everyone contributes in their own way hoping to give others a different and possibly better insight with accomplishing their goal(s) here. My way is to demonstrate the efficiency or inefficiency of how they spend (play) their money on numbers. There is absolutely no book sense involved here, only common sense and the mathematical approach is self explanatory. If what players are currently usin

How to Prove Your Lottery IS Fixed?
Instead of trying to prove that your computerized lottery IS fixed, first try to prove it is NOT fixed! The answer is simple: from what we know today, in 2008 (not 1988) about computers and software, there is no valid way to prove it is NOT fixed. How do we arrive at this conclusion? The purpose of software is to control outcomes through inputted and/or selected variables by who operates or controls or directs that software. If computerized lottery software packages did not have the
