I think ball drawings are random if there is no cheating going on. I also think there are many RNG's out there that aren't so random.

Yeah cheating was a word that would catch peoples attention, so that's why I used it and hopefully it's not the case. But back to the issue, if you research recent drawings you'll see where NC was gradually paying more, now recently since they're trying to meet a quota for the state, there payouts have decreased. While I understand where you are coming from we can't just say NC is cheating. Do I find it odd about all the repeat numbers, yes, Am I wondering why my pet numbers won't fall, yes. You left a choice out. They are cheating already . When you mess around with the rotation of the tubes and do pretest under the guise of making sure it's tamper proof, that's cheating. I would reverse engineer their cheating methods and use it against them. The jackpots would be much easeir to win if you could prove numbers were not generated randomly.

while i didn't see that particular drawing there was talk about it on lottery post when it happened. Many states have live drawings some of them 2 times a day, sooner or later there are going to be slip ups. here in Maryland we have a different TV station doing the drawings, almost every day for the last week or two they have flubbed the drawing either the camera isn't on the balls or they are miscuing their drawing.
