Overall discretionary spending has reduced in the current environment that we are in. It's almost as if probability only suggests what's likely and not what will actually happen, isn't it? I think when they sold us Faster growing jackpots they forgot to factor in what could actually happen i.e the jackpot being won sooner. From 2/22 when the new MFL game launched, Both the Powerball and Mega Millions jackpots have been won twice - each. We have also had numerous 2nd prize winners for both of the above games.
