Thanks man! I appreciate the reply. I used to do quick pics with my regular number when jackpots where high .But it seemed when I checked previous draws some numbers would be in there. So I stopped buying them. But I can honestly say. My biggest win was from a quick pic on pb. It was a hundred bucks. If I spent the extra buck it would have been three hundred. Anytime computers and networking is involved, there's always room for hanky panky. As an IT admin, with enterprise rights, anything can be done and all these lotteries are networked. The speed at which things are calculated should have no room for error, unless it's 'human error' which means manipulation/tampering. Lots of new ideas on how to create simple number generators, but no ideas about the RNGs many state lotteries are now using. Even/odd or high/low from the last drawing can be used, but the odds of matching the winning numbers are exactly the same as any other random method. Is it possible to know on average how many people play PB or MM during a draw? I'm not sure that the lotteries even have a precise answer. They obviously know if somebody buys multiple tickets with a single playslip, and multiple playslips can be played in a single transaction as reported by the terminal, but we see posters who buy tickets at different stores and even different states.
