Who are you going to tell after you win the monday's powerball jackpot.
Jade,
I wish I could remember where I read that it's possible for an LLC to release a big lottery winners name etc, but I can't. And I know next to nothing about state laws as they relate to LLC's in your neck of the woods.
I've also read that The State of Delaware is the place where a big lottery winner can request an LLC because Delaware has laws that say they can never ever release the name of the owner of an LLC. (Or something to that effect anyway)
In Florida it seems that the

Secrets of a lottery lawyer-Kurt Panouses interview
It might be worth it if I found someone who could figure out a way to claim it anonymously.
There will always be some minimum fee, but regardless of what type of advice you get or how good is it what justifies a fee that's 10 times the minimum if you were to win ten times as much? How about winning a billion? I'm just a tad skeptical that he'd have to do 10 times as much work. I expect that some of the supposed justification is doing ongoing work, but just how much do you want him to do bey

The Florida Millionaire Raffle is back!
As far as I know, you'd have to set up a double blind trust fund through a lawyer in order to stay anonymous.
When you look through lists of winners, you see that some are claimed to an LLC. These are the people that had a double blind trust claim the winnings on their behalf in order to stay anonymous.

Who are you going to tell after you win the monday's powerball jackpot.
Thanks Artist for the very good to know information.
I'm not sure why the estate planning lawyer near me recommended a blind trust on his website. I went back to his site and reread the two articles he put out there. Wouldn't you know it! I caught a mistake!! On one page he advises Sign the ticket. Seriously, now.
The other page said DO NOT SIGN YOUR TICKET (Yet!) An unsigned ticket is a bearer instrument (whoever holds it, owns it). A ticket signed with your personal name can create l

Secrets of a lottery lawyer-Kurt Panouses interview
I too watched that particular BW video regarding Kurt Panouses's fees.
I read a lot the comments that were posted along with the video too. Just like any video on YouTube, some comments were ridiculous, but some were definitely worth reading. There are over 1,300 comments attached to the video and I did not read all of them.
There are multiple comments that echoed the same sentiment regarding Panouses's estimated fee of $18,000 to $20,000. Many people commented that a fee of $18,000 to

Secrets of a lottery lawyer-Kurt Panouses interview
Something else I should have put in the post above. The lawyers website I read didn't have very much info regarding their fee to create and load a revocable living trust, they simply provided a general estimate .
I compared what appeared on the local lawyers website to some of the BW YouTube videos. They were remarkably similar. For example, Panouses advises his clients to put the ticket in a safe deposit box and NOT sign the ticket until he can guide them with the correct way to sign it so

Lottery is not random it's predetermined
To all my fellow lottery players I get it when you see patterns like 5 missing in Wisconsins midday draws for weeks its hard not to raise an eyebrow Feels fishy right? But here the thing randomness doesnt always look random in the short term Sometimes a number just sits out longer than we expect and it makes us suspicious
But lets not forget even with those odd streaks theres a mountain of data thousands and thousands of draws that shows numbers eventually even out over time just like the st
