You're correct. Florida law does allow a winner to temporarily claim anonymously for 90 days. It's also possible to set up a trust and have a lawyer claim a large prize with a trust. You don't have to take my word for it though. You could ask your buddy Kurt Panouses to confirm that. He's done it more than once.
