You're correct. Florida law does allow a winner to temporarily claim anonymously for 90 days. It's also possible to set up a trust and have a lawyer claim a large prize with a trust. Jason did have a red flag right off the bat. He looked sketchy. On YouTube there is an interview with him about three years before his arrest and a Poster commented, Jason looks like a snake. I wouldn't trust him with my lottery winnings. The Poster came back tthree years later and said Jason's just been arrested for embezzling over 107 millions. I knew three years ago that he looked like a snake and I wouldn't trust him with my lottery winnings. My gut feeling about him was 100 percent spot on.
