Is there any method or system that can an predict the first digit that will fall in Pick 3
Two different combos each have a one in 292,201,338 chance Of course. Combo A has one chance out of every 146,100,669 chances and combo B has one chance out of the other 146,100,669 chances. Two 1 in 146,100,669 chances equals It's 2 divided by 292 million That's a 0.000000006844595626047407% chance of winning the jackpot and not exactly the easiest way to prove your point unless the inverse is shown too. And that is 146,100,669. Like I said before, it's how the odds are expressed.

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
Sure, it's a lot of money, but the odds and the ticket cost make it a lousy bet even by lottery standards. Tomorrow a $5 ticket will get you chance at $438 million (or, more realistically, the $111 to $128 million after paying income tax on the cash), but for only $2 you can have about the same chance at $190 million (about $49 to 56 million after taxes on the cash). It's only about 44% as much money, but the chance at it only costs 40% as much and it's still more than you have now and enough to

Lottery is not random it's predetermined
Looks like you don't know all individual lotteries determine their definition of random for their drawings. Probably why some use live ball drawings and others use RNGs. midday Wisconsin the digit #5 hasn't been hit since January 6th What's the problem with reducing the odds from 1000 to 1 to 729 to 1? And considering the Wisconsin Lottery has a lottery report card grade of an F , what do expect?

Lucky For Life to Millionaire For Life - $5 Ticket
I hope they will transition to the new game hopefully. Though it would be an expensive game, the odds and the prize is worth a try. I may considee deploying my once a week MM ticket to the new game

would you rather win 1, 10, 50, 100, or 500 million $
It's not a theory, it's a fact. That prize really is worth 2 cents. A good gambler considers the probability of winning something before deciding whether to bet. A bad gambler doesn't care. Would you bet $2 on a game that awards $6 million after tax but has odds of winning 1 in 53 billion? (match 8 of 86)

$1 million That's enough for me to live comfortably while continuing to work. Early retirement sounds boring unless it's a massive amount of money, and that brings problems. I bought tickets for the $2 billion (really $1 billion with the stupid 50% annuity haircut) for Powerball only because it was a player's advantage. It didn't work out because of the massive variance, which I was expecting. But it was fun to imagine what I would do with $600 million after tax. The starting jackpot

Once in a blue moon powerball X10
The Powerplay add-on would be more popular if they didn't have that stupid rule that the x10 is not available when the jackpot exceeds $150 million. The multiplier doesn't apply to the jackpot. Why do they care if people get a x10 on lower prizes? It should also apply to the second prize of $1 million. The odds of hitting that are so low, the higher payouts on that would add a whopping 8 cents to the expected value of a $1 bet.

I'm done playing the lottery
I rarely play draw games. The house edge is ridiculous and the odds of winning are absurd. Usually I play the scratch-off games, and I am particular about which ones. When a certain game is only available at that stupid vending machine that has made its way on my ban list, I'm left with nothing to play. Yesterday, before I started this thread, I went to the convenience store down the street and tried to buy the $3 ka-pow bingo. They had none. This idiotic state lottery makes way too many

How Astronomical Is It To Get The Number Right In Each Column?
Column 1 and 5 (or 6 if it's a P6) are the most important columns, IMO. Once those two columns are locked in, its puts a cap on the middling numbers and help reduce the odds to pin the right number down from the 2 to 4 columns (or 5, if a P6 game). I want to add further details here but that would be giving away valuable info of my system. Kudos for getting this much info out of me though.
